Abstract: The petroleum industry is a highpollution industry.Pollutants such as leaking oil，gas，produced water and waste slurry have caused deterioration of the ecological environment in oilproducing areas.Our topicbased group has carried out a field research in CNPC Sichuan Gas Field，Puguang Gas Field，Longgang Gas Field and Guang′an Gas Field.Starting with problems oilgas producing areas face now，and by combining the practice both home and abroad，we put forward cleaner production model，commercial recycling model and ecological chain linking model to develop the oil recycling economy，which are suitable for Sichuan oilgas producing areas.According to the actual situation，we also propose corresponding countermeasures，including innovating the administration management，establishing local regulations on oil recycling economy，setting up R & D system and offering more financial supports.
