Abstract:

In Chinese and Western cultures, there are so many different understanding of the nature of law among various schools of law that theorists do not have a unified answer. Recently, more and more nations govern the countries through rule by law, which is an inevitable result of social development. The development from ancient patriarchal system to modern law, and from the rule by man to the rule by law, reflects the deepening of man’s understanding of the rule of law, and also reveals that law has its own inherent rules. And just as nature itself has its rule which does not change with the will of man, the rule of law also has its objectivity.
