试论电视公众、电视交往场域与交往行为

摘要: 把电视公共领域与以电视信息为中介的交往行为结合进行研究,提出电视公共领域包含着3个方面的要素:电视公众、电视信息交往场域、以电视信息为中介的交往行为。对电视公众的涵义进行了分析,认为电视公众应该具有社会性联结意义、具有反思能力、通过信息交往而互动等三方面的特征,以电视信息为中介的交往行为,应该满足哈贝马斯提出的真实性、正确性、真诚性、可理解性这四个有效性声言,才可能在主体间共同遵守理性交往规范的前提下使交往行为合理化;要构建理想的电视信息交往场域,需要在信息交往所涉及的相应的客观世界、社会世界和主观世界的交往中,都以交往理性为标准来要求,才能不断地促进交往合理性和社会合理化。

Abstract: This paper studies TV public domain and TV interacting behavior with TV information as medium.The study shows that TV public domain consists of TV public,TV information exchange field and TV interacting behavior with TV information as medium.The author points out that TV public is characteristic of social connection,reflection and interacting through information exchange.Interacting behavior centering on TV information exchange is rationalized when carried out with authenticity,correctness,sincerity and intelligibility.Thus,an ideal TV information exchange domain can be achieved when rationalization is taken as standardized requirements in the interaction among the objective world,the social world and the subjective world.
