Abstract:

Setting up cooperative innovation team is an important way to promote the innovative ability of both enterprises and universities.This paper studies the problems in the cooperation between oil enterprises and petroleum universities in the construction of innovative teams.The authors elaborate the necessity of setting up innovative scientific team by joint efforts of oil enterprises and petroleum universities and suggest that innovative teams be established and developed by building platform，fostering leading researchers，and by selecting major research projects.
