Abstract: By analyzing the tough employment situation for college graduates at present，this paper points out that the difficulties mainly lie in the fierce competition in the job market and in the incompetence of college graduates themselves.The authors then offer some suggests aiming at advancing the employment of university graduates，holding that the government，the school authorities and the graduates should all make greater efforts to achieve this goal.
