Abstract: In the new era, the CPC Central Committee continues to promote the construction of the party's regulation system by adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party, improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and by promoting the modernization of the national governance system and capability. As the third level party regulation, the intra-party statutes play an important role in the party regulation system. In the past hundred years, the connotation of the intra-party statutes has gone through an evolution in content, domain and status, covering the respects of concept setting, content improving and system construction. Exploring the connotation evolution of the intra-party statutes has theoretical significance and practical value for strengthening the construction of the party regulations, enriching the theory of party regulations and improving party regulations system.
