Abstract: The petroleum and natural gas are the important energy and scarce resources in the world.But oil and gas production is declining due to the increasingly difficult recovery.And promoting oil and gas production is now an important task.This paper，through studies on economic production and analyzing the main factors influencing economic production，suggests ways of promoting economical production of oil and gas fields: reducing costs，promoting production and lengthening the recovering time.Such researches on economical production of oil and gas fields is hoped to be of help in increasing benefits of oil and gas enterprises and in reducing risks of oil and gas supplies.
