The traditional means of distributing contribution of production by the technology has been changed，and the oil resources and management are equally important elements of oil field productivity as technology is.This paper makes researches into the methods to match and stack resources，technology and the management based on the life cycle rule.The forecast methods are given for the multiple productive forces.At last，the degree of feasibility and abundance is redefined and the threefactor integrated evaluation value is designed to evaluate different production plans.The proposed system stresses the coordination and complement among resource，technology and management so as to provide a new angle and basis for strategy plan in oil fields.

Yoram Barzel built out a state model of the New Institutional Economics，using property theory.Yoram Barzel holds that the functions of the state is to ensure successful cooperation and exchange among social parties；the state′s scale depends on the scale of population and territory；the scope of the state is determined by the proportion of state contract value to the total value of domestic products；the state′s type，which may evolve between the state ruled by law and the one of dictatorship.His theory enriches the research of politics but has some logic defects as Barzel neglects the differences in the natures of individual and organization and fails to clearly define such important concepts as “power”and“collective action”.

Based on an analysis of a range of subjects，number of proposers，and time interval and validity of government responses to the 900 proposes randomly selected from all proposals in 1999 to 2010 motioned by local representatives of People′s Congress and members of CPPCC in Zhongshang City，Guandong，the author finds out some problems in public policy participation of the representatives and CPPCC members.Therefore，the author offers some suggestions so that a more efficient and more effective proposal handling mechanism can be set up and more effective interaction can be achieved between government and People′s Congress and CPPCC.

Religious ritual function is one of the various functions of Longdong Daoqing shadow plays，which can be seen in some semiopera customs of exorcising nature，and also in some mysterious rituals when performing certain plays such as Temple Fair Play，Yuanxi and Lixi.Influence of Taoism，Buddhism and sorcery on the formation and development of Longdong Daoqing shadow plays is the major contributor to those functions.More importantly，Daoqing shadow play is a form of Taoism art in itself which was originated from Taoism.

One of the most important methods used in Chinese phonology studies is to study rhymes employed in verses inherited from generations.Scholars in the Tang Dynasty first introduced such studies but their studies were not systematic enough.Many valuable ideas were presented in phonology studies in the Song Dynasty，but they lack significance in the methodology sense.Studies in the Yuan Dynasty were at the beginning stage of application of inductive method and provide reference for later researches in both research procedures and results.With openmindedness，scholars in the Ming Dynasty did a systematic phonology research on the verses by using an almost inductive method.Text research in the Qing Dynasty，with specific purposes and mature methods，was based on reliable text materials and thus is of reference at present.

After World War II，the south of America encountered serious moral deterioration.Southern writers aimed their criticism to social and family ethics.O′Connor，a southern woman writer created a lot of religious lunatics from a unique irrationality perspective.Those mad men，aiming at improving the degraded moral，challenged the deceptive and indifferent God and religion by their own experiences.The basic characteristics of them can be summarized as antiGod，violence and moral vanguard.Their ethic values and crazy behaviors reflected O′Connors understanding of social and religious beliefs in American south：Catholicism is the only cure for the moral deprived southern society.

This essay first defines the concepts of brand，brand function and brand consciousness，and then points out that editor′s brand consciousness plays an important role in establishing media brand and enhancing media influence.The above analysis leads to the conclusion that a positive correlation exists between the two factors：media influence can be expanded with the improvement of editors′ brand consciousness.This conclusion suggests new requirements for media editors that a very strong sense of brand consciousness be set up which is supposed to be consciously carried out throughout the whole process of editing work.
