Global Influences in Sino-Saudi Energy Relations

Oil itself has no political attribute, but the possession, control, exploitation and utilization of oil resources as well as pricing of oil products are closely related to international politics and economy. In recent years, China's energy security and economic development have been under constant threat due to its heavy dependence on foreign energy sources. Saudi Arabia, one of the biggest oil exporters with the largest oil reserves in the world,has played an important role in meeting China's energy needs. Given that China and Saudi share a good foundation for cooperation and have complementary energy strategies,the two countries will enjoy vast potential for energy cooperation. This does not, however, mean that the future is bright. Influenced by international economy, the cooperation between China and Saudi is faced with challenges from America, Russia, India and Iran. As such,the article aims to explore possible obstacles in the future energy relations between China and Saudi as well as the possible changes in the international energy patterns by analyzing the global influences. To ensure China's energy security, we suggest that financial cooperation in energy between China and Saudi be strengthened to break the blockade of petro-dollars, that a practical and institutional cooperation framework be established, that China give assistance to Saudi in fighting terrorists and safeguarding national security and keep a close relationship with Saudi and Iran.

China's economy is entering a high-quality development era now; the actual conditions for industrial development have undergone fundamental changes, and more emphasis must be put on quality and efficiency for sustainable development. This paper studies the innovation mechanism of China's petroleum industry trough literature review and qualitative analysis, focusing on the necessity, ideas and countermeasures of the construction of industrial innovation mechanism. The research results show that the main problems in China's oil industry innovation are the rigid decision-making mechanism, relatively single source of innovation impetus, insufficient investment, and lack of effective supporting mechanism. In order to promote the petroleum industry to meet the requirements of economic and social development in the new era,and to achieve sustainable development, we must establish correct innovation awareness, and establish dynamic mechanisms of information exchange, decision making, investment, and innovation support.

In exploring ways of communicating with their clients, social work practitioners learn from animals and achieve physical and mental healing and development by involving animals as companions. Based on the role of animals in the service process, practitioners explore the models of animal assisted support, animal assisted treatment and animal assisted development,and formulate the implementation procedure of intimacy testing,animal screening,attending skill training,touching and companionship,commitment integration,self-release and expression,and curative effect evaluation and disengagement. In the specific application of animal assisted therapy, practitioners can combine the skills of patience sustaining, spiritual teaching, metaphorical animal stories, and stress recognition and processing. On the other hand, it is also necessary for practitioners to improve their own competence in companioning, assisting, inspiring, healing and soothing their clients, and to enhance their cultural and ethical sensitivity.

XI Jinping's people-centered thought is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory which stresses people's principal position. The Chinese Communist Party's initial ambition and mission is to create happiness for the people and to revive the Chinese nation. The satisfaction of people's needs for better life should be the goal of the development of socialist market economy. The healthy development of the socialist market economy is inseparable from the government's macroeconomic regulation and control. Only by sharing more fruits of economic development with the people can our government achieve a well-off life for all the people. Taking people as the center is the essential requirement of scientific socialism. The path of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to achieve the fundamental interests of the Chinese people. Strengthening the party building in the new era plays an important role in realizing the fundamental interests of our people.

The concept of "curriculum ideological and political education" highlights the value of university courses in ideological and political education. All teachers should take responsibility for ideological education. Promoting the teaching reform of "curriculum ideological and political education" in financial management specialty can give full play to the educational function of financial management specialty curriculum courses, can enhance the teaching effect of specialty curriculum courses, and is conducive to cultivating financial management talents of virtues required by the development of the new era. To promote the reform of "curriculum ideological and political education" in financial management specialty, we must grasp the core of curriculum ideological and political education and construct the logic of ideological and political education in the curriculum of financial management specialty, to establish a teaching team who can adapt to the reform, and to strengthen top-level design, and teaching organization and management, and evaluation of value guidance.

In order to effectively let Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics "enter textbooks,Classrooms and minds",researches on the teaching methods and textbook content have been conducted and have resulted in the 2018 edition of Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism. This textbook mainly employs literature reference, illustration, explanation of principles, supplementation and substitution when incorporating Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics into the teaching content. In order to effectively transfer the textbook content into teaching practice and make sure that the teaching practice is centered on Xi Jinping thoughts,alternative teaching methods are supposed to be adopted:various classroom activities, one quotation before each lecture, problem-based teaching and case-based teaching. When introducing Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the textbook, we must adhere to Marxist dialectics on methodology and deals with specific problems with corresponding methods, emphasizing the unity of content and method and the relationship between general principle and specific details. Emphasis must also be placed on the relationship between the principles of Marxism and values as value orientation is the ultimate task of political and ideological courses.

Internationalization is an important factor that determines whether a university can rank in world first-class universities. The number of international collaborative papers, a vehicle of international cooperation in technology and scientific researches, is an important factor in major world university ranking systems. This paper analyzes data from US News and QS with multivariate linear regression and factor analysis methods and find out that the number of international collaborative papers significantly affects the reputation and ranking of a university and university subjects, and usually serves as a single impact factor. The proportion of international collaborative papers, on the other hand, exerts a complicated influence on university and subjects ranking with a remarkable influence on the reputation and ranking of subjects but less influence on a university. However,we hold that the essence of the level of internationalization of a university is its level of teaching,and teaching should be taken as an equally important indicator with scientific output in the ranking.

In our language experience, the world of natural object is demonstrated in our language, that is, the world is in the language. Of course, the world expressed in the language is not the natural world itself, but the conceptual one in our inner world. Only under the premise of the concept are things and words in natural phenomena possible and realistic,and the concept becomes the centre of things and words, word meaning because of the concept have natural reference and contact, and also a rational cause because of the concept. As a result of the condition of the concept, the object and the word of the natural phenomenon also must be the result of the existence of the rational subject.

The "Dou Brothers" were known in the Mid-Tang dynasty for their poems which are preserved to this day in Dou Shi Lian Zhu Ji. The five brothers of the Dou's family got positions at various government levels and were good at poetry. Dou Gong was the youngest but the most famous one. He had close friendship with Yuan Zhen, Bai Juyi and Liu Yuxi. His Jueju enjoyed high reputation. Dou Gong's life was one typical of literati of his time as he first succeeded in the imperial examination, then worked in the shogunate, worked as a government official and then went to shogunate again. The time for the creation of 21 of the 39 pieces of poems by Dou Gong available now can be verified;the rest 18 cannot,according to his life. The annalistic investigation of his poem composition can help understand and analyze the different characteristics in content and form of his poems in different periods, and therefore offer favorable proof for studying his life and friends. However, due to inadequate records about him in history, the time of composition of many of his poems cannot be exactly verified.

Stylistic books in Chinese history define the style of Nan Shu Fu Lao by Sima Xiangru differently. In terms of the stylistic structure, the style of Nan Shu Fu Lao is different from that of the argumentative articles of the classes of "Xi", "Yi", "Wendui" and "Duiwen".Wenxuan(Anthology) defined this type of argumentative articles as the "Nan" article. The atmosphere of debate is the cultural soil of Nan Shu Fu Lao. The changes in debate enaironhcent during the Warring States, Qin,and Han dynasties directly influenced the occurrence,development,decline and transformation of the "Nan" articles.Nan Shu Fu Lao was only "Nan" article selected in Wenxuan (Anthology) instead of the 4 articles of the same kind from Han Feizi. This selection was made on the basis of Xiao Tong's standard that prefers complete articles to chapters, flowery language to content, and advocates Confucianism and teaching. Therefore, Nan Shu Fu Lao makes an appropriate model of "Nan" article as it is a complete argumentative with elegance and with instructional function.
