从含银废液中回收利用银盐

摘要: 在石油天然气工业中,常常使用价格昂贵的银盐来测定各类水中的Cl-和CODCr。为了降低分析成本和防止污染环境,文中介绍了将含银废液在pH≈3时用AgCl沉淀法分离富集银,然后用铁或铜还原法生成金属银,再用H2O2-HNO3法制备AgNO3,用(NH4)2SO4法或浓H2SO4法制备Ag2SO4的方法。实验证明,制备的银盐纯度可达99%以上,完全可以作为分析试剂循环使用,简便实用,可以大大降低测定Cl-和CODCr的成本。

Abstract: Chloride ion(Cl-) and CODCris often determined by using of expensive silver salt such as AgNO3or Ag2SO4. A simple and practical method of recovering silver salt from silver-bearing waste liquid has been discussed. in which the silver was separated and enriched by using setting method (pH≈3), the metal
silver was produced by Fe-Cu reduceing method, AgNO3was prepared by H2O2-HNO3method, and Ag2SO4was prepared by (NH4)2SO4or H2SO4method. Results have shown that the pureness of the recovered silver slt is up to 99 % and the cost of measuring Cl-and CODCris decreased.
