微生物防蜡作用机理研究

摘要: 通过对3株嗜蜡微生物在壁面上的吸附规律和对壁面润湿性的改变试验、微生物作用对蜡晶形态的影响试验,认为微生物防蜡作用机理符合水膜理论:即微生物在管杆壁面产生吸附,并在管杆壁面生长繁殖,一方面形成生物膜改变壁面润湿性,使管壁的水湿程度增加,油相粘附功减弱。

Abstract: Through testing three microorganism adsorption rules on pipe walls and changes of wall′s wettability and alteration of the paraffin crystal structure,results indicate that paraffin control mechanism of microorganism is same as the waterfilm theory. That is, the microorganism adsorbs on the pipe wall, grows and produces the metabolite which forms biowaterfilm that changes the wettability of the pipe wall. It prevents the paraffin crystal adsorbing and depositing on the pipe wall or each other. The new mechanism has well explained the illogical phenomena that the paraffin control function has been existed when microorganism concentration reduced rapidly in the oilfield operation.
