水驱抽油机井杆管偏磨诊断方法的探讨

DISCUSSION FOR THE DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF THE ROD AND TUBE PARTIAL-WEAR OF THE WELL PUMP UNIT IN THE WATER-DRIVE

摘要: 通过对水驱抽油机井抽油杆柱受力状态的分析,应用抽油杆柱屈曲挠曲微分方程建立杆管偏磨条件,确定杆管偏磨临界压力;应用波动方程把实测悬点示功图转化泵的示功图的方法确定抽油杆轴向分布力和轴向压力。并建立了水驱抽油机井杆管偏磨诊断方法,从而判定杆管是否偏磨和偏磨原因。利用该方法诊断107口井,杆管偏磨诊断符合率达到84.3%,对比分析采取偏磨治理措施生产一个检泵周期的井62口,平均检泵周期延长了239天。

Abstract: The critical pressure and the conditions of the rod and tubeoff-center wear were determined through the analysis of the sit-nation-forced of the rod strings of the pumping wells in the water-drive and the application of the bent and curved line differ-ential equation of the roll strings in this paper; the axial force and the axial pressure of the rod was determined with the wave e-
quation to turn the load picture to the pump dynamometer, and the diagnosis method of the and and tube off center wear of the pumping well in the water-drive was formed, using this method to diagnose whether or not the rod and tube is off-center wear and to diagnose the reasons, and to diagnose 107 oil wells .the diagnosis coincidence rate of the rod and tube off-center wear
was up to 84.3%,through the contrast and analysis of the 62 oil wells which used this method to treat the rod and tube off-cen-ter wear and has praluced about one check out pump cycle, the average check out pump cycle was prolonged 239 days.
