罗家寨高产能气井测试井口压力异常分析

ABNORMAL WELL HEAD PRESSURE OF HIGH PRODUCTIVITY GAS WELLS IN LUOJIAZHAI

摘要:

高产能气井测试时井口压力表现异常,开井压力“跳跃下降上升下降”,关井压力“跳跃上升下降”,与井底压力变化规律完全不同。罗家寨高产气井测试分析结果认为井筒的温度效应是影响井口压力的关键因素。通过Hasan & Kabir的非稳态井筒温度模型,计算出非线性井温剖面,修正井筒流体压力计算,并将非线性温度剖面预测方法融合到井筒油藏耦合机制的测试模拟器中,模拟井口压力异常现象,发现高产气井的测压点在相当大的深度范围内均表现出“异常”,认识到利用温度数据校正压力,恢复出正常形态是提高解释分析技术重要途径,为高产气井的测试方案设计与压力校正方法的研究提供工具。

Abstract: Well head pressure of high productivity gas wells performs abnormally while testing, that is the flowing pressure “bouncing descendascenddescend”, the buildup pressure “bouncing ascenddescend”, which differs completely from the change law of bottom hole pressure. Analysis result of high productivity gas wells in Luojiazhai shows temperature effect of well bore as the key factor affecting well head pressure. The reason for abnormal well head pressure is analyzed, nonlinear profile of well temperature is calculated through Hasan & Kabir unstable well bore temperature model, the calculation of well bore fluid pressure is modified and also, forecasting method of nonlinear temperature profile is merged into testing simulator with well bore and reservoir coupling mechanism, and abnormal phenomenon of well head pressure is simulated completely. By simulating, the test points in high productivity gas well is found “abnormal”in quite large range of depth, which is helpful for recognizing to using temperature data to modify pressure, and the key is to recover the normal condition in improving explanation and analysis technique.
