摘要: 活塞的密封性及摩擦磨损等性能都主要和活塞皮碗与缸套内壁间所形成的接触应力有关,因此,接触应力分布规律的研究具有重要的实际意义。利用有限元分析方法,得出了活塞在静态和动态情况下,接触应力的分布规律,同时分析了在改变活塞尺寸和工作压力的情况下,接触应力的分布问题。

Abstract: The seal and friction wear efficiency of the drilling pump piston mainly depended on the contact stress description be-tween the rubber seal ring and the inside hole of cylinder, so the research of contact stress has a realistic and important meaning.In the article, the contact stress description of piston was ob-tained in static and moving process by finite element method.At the same time, the contact stress description was analyzed under changing piston’s size and the pressure.
