摘要:

油包水乳化泥浆的稳定性一般用破乳电压法或离心法来评价,但并不能反应实际高温高压下乳状液的稳定性。提出了一种新的评价方法从乳状液抵抗高温陈化的能力和高温下的乳化效果两个方面评价高温高压下乳状液的稳定性,只需大约30ml乳化泥浆,主要测量仪器为Fann23C电稳定仪和SW—I高温高压电稳定仪,实验可以连续操作,所得到的结果可以真实的反应高温下乳状液的稳定性。

Abstract:

Stability of emulsion is usually evaluated with broken emulsion-voltage method or centrifugal method. These methods, however, can not reflect the real stability of invert emulsion under high pressure and high temperature (HPT) conditions. A new method of evaluation is proposed in the present work, with which continuous test can be realized. The main equipment used is a Fann23C and a self-designed SW-I HPT electro-stability apparatus, and only 30ml invert emulsion mud is needed in a continuous experiment. Case applications indicate that the result of test is reliable and can be used to guide drilling performance.
