一种新型抗高温有机土的研制及性能评价

摘要:

有机土是油基钻井液中一种重要处理剂,主要功用是增粘提切。目前采用传统方法制备的有机土在高温下容易分解失去功效,解析出来的表面活性剂会降低油包水乳化钻井液的电稳定性,通过优选季铵盐和采用螯合技术合成一种高温稳定的有机土XNORB。评价结果表明,有机土XNORB不但在柴油和白油中具有良好的分散性能和增粘效果,而且能在220℃的高温基本保持稳定,对乳状液的稳定性无不良影响,其性能明显优于现有国产有机土,与美国产品VG—69性能相当。

Abstract:

Organoclay is an important additive in oil base drilling fluid, whose main effect is to thicken and increase the yield point of the drilling fluid. A critical problem associated with commonorganoclays is that they are susceptible to decompose at high temperatures, and that the surfactant released may reduce the stability of the invert emulsion. To cope with this problem, a high temperature-tolerable organoclay (XNORB) is synthesized with optimally selected quartered-ammonium and by chelation. Result evaluation indicates that the XNORB not only has good dispersal ability and thickening effect in diesel and mineral oils, but also can remain stable at temperatures as high as 220℃ while showing no disadvantageous influence on the emulsion’s stability.
