硒催化羰基化反应合成碳酸衍生物

摘要: 硝基化合物、胺类、醇类和酚在硒催化下与一氧化碳发生羰基化反应,可以很方便地合成多种碳酸衍生物(如脲类,氨基甲酸酯和碳酸酯)。合成反应温度25~160℃,压力约2.5 MPa,收率可达98%,与光气法相比,羰基化法反应条件温和,产率较高,产物容易分离。实验表明助催化剂有机胺和少量水的存在有利于反应,同时对可能机理进行了探讨,认为反应历程经过了中间物硒代羧酸如RNHCOSeH。该方法有利于较低成本实现碳酸衍生物如尿素、碳酸二甲酯等的工业化生产。

Abstract: Carbonic acid derivatives (such as ureas,carbamates and carbonates)have been conveniently synthesized by selenium catalyzed carbonlylation of nitrocompounds,amines, alcohols and phenols under mild conditions. The yields was satisfied and products was easy to be separated. The possible mechanisms were suggested. It was experimentally illustrated that it is help-
ful to the carbonylation reaction in the presence of a little water and the activator such as amines.
