摘要:

电潜泵温度场的准确计算对于设备的选型和正常生产意义重大。针对前人的方法往往没有考虑到压力对温度分布的耦合作用或仅仅假设生产系统中为单相流体的实际,建立了电潜泵举升系统

温度压力耦合计算模型。模型考虑了多相管流、动液面位置和环空对流换热的影响,能计算出井筒不同深度的传热系数,并给出了考虑多相管流流型变化的迭代求解方法。使用真实数据将计算结果

与前人的模型进行了比对,证明了新模型的有效性。

Abstract: Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) is a kind of important artificial lifting method,it is very crucial to select and operate the equipment to calculate the temperature distribution of ESP.The previous models didn′t take the pressure and temperature coupling into account or just supposed the well fluid as single phase.The authors of the paper research the temperature and pressure coupling model of ESP system and take the effect of multiphase flow,dynamic liquid level and convection in annular into account.The model can be calculated with the iteration method and can give the heat transferring coefficients in different depth.The new model is testified with the previous model and real production data.The results show the accuracy of new model.
