Prestack Depth Migration by DSR in Non-zero Offset Domain

Abstract: Double-square-root propagator is proposed for pre-stack depth migration in non-zero offset domain,using precise synthetic shot gather,the correct migration sections with arbitrary velocity variations in all directions are obtained by this continuation operators.Based on migration result, seismic characteristic of dynamics can be studied.Comparison with other operators,numerical examples show that pre-stack depth migration with Doublesquare-root propagator is correct and effective,and easy to implement with a high computation efficiency and able to overcome numerical diffusion of the frequency efficiently.Application of this method is also important for lithologic reservoirs exploration.
