General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage constitutes a vital
component of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. By interpreting his key ideas on strengthening cultural heritage protection and inheritance from the three dimensions of emotional foundation, historical responsibility, and practical approach, this paper reveals the emotional commitment of Chinese Communists, represented by Xi Jinping, to respecting and cherishing cultural heritage, their strong sense of responsibility in preserving cultural roots, and their exploration of Chinese approaches and solutions for safeguarding and transmitting cultural heritage. These perspectives collectively demonstrate the humanistic care, sense of mission, and practical wisdom of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in the realm of cultural heritage protection and inheritance. Furthermore, the analysis contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the implementation and effectiveness of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in this field, as well as the role and significance of cultural heritage in ensuring the continuous transmission of Chinese civilization.

    Gao Jianhua
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 11-17.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 002
    Abstract33)      PDF (1510KB)(23)    Save
Chinese modernization takes the integrated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization, often referred to
as the "two civilizations, " as its fundamental pathway. This approach directly addresses the civilizational dilemmas embedded in
Western-style modernization. It consistently prioritizes human value and human subjectivity, upholds a people-centered development
philosophy, clarifies the instrumental nature of capital, and restores its essential orientation toward serving human development. In doing so, Chinese modernization effectively transcends the inherent contradictions of modernity and offers a meaningful Chinese solution to global modernization challenges. The "genetic code" for the coordinated development of the two civilizations is profoundly embedded in the ideological wisdom represented by the“ Two Combinations".

Mission Imperatives and Practical Approaches to Building a Culturally Strong Country
    Xu Jiaxi
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 18-24.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 003
    Abstract24)      PDF (1470KB)(5)    Save
Confronting new era transformations and the mission of national rejuvenation, building up China's cultural strength has
become the CPC's cultural mission in the new era. The proposal of the "Two Combinations," especially the "Second Combination,"
offers fundamental guidance for this endeavor. Establishing cultural subjectivity is equally a crucial prerequisite for building up
China's cultural strength. This requires breaking free from the shackles of Western-centralism and establishing, at all levels, a system
of thought and institutions that aligns with China's national conditions and the essence of Chinese culture. In practice, building a
culturally strong China demands unwavering commitment to the socialist path of cultural development with Chinese characteristics.
    This includes drawing on fine traditions by selecting, adapting, and revitalizing the essence of outstanding traditional Chinese culture;
upholding firm convictions to inherit and promote revolutionary culture; and advancing with the times by vigorously developing
    advanced socialist culture.

Research on the Reproduction of Rural Public Cultural Space in Ethnic Minority Regions:#br# A Case Study of LIBRAIRIE AVANT-GARDE in Shaxi Ancient Town, Western Yunnan
    Shen Yufei, Gao Liting
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 25-33.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 004
    Abstract26)      PDF (1529KB)(9)    Save
Grounded in the context of China's "post-rural" transformation, this study employs Lefebvre's spatial production theory
and takes LIBRAIRIE AVANT-GARDE, a modern cultural space located in Beilong Village of Shaxi Ancient Town on the Tea-Horse
Ancient Road in western Yunnan, as its research object. From the perspective of the coordinated development of material civilization
and spiritual civilization, it explores the role of the reproduction of rural public cultural space in advancing common prosperity.
Through a triadic dialectical framework of spatial practice, spatial representation and representational space, it reveals that the
reproduction of rural public cultural spaces is not only a product of social change but also a creative practice of mass subjectivity. By
integrating tradition and modernity, this practice renews physical spaces while reconstructing rural cultural identity and activating
contemporary functional values. It enhances endogenous development momentum in rural areas and safeguards ethnic cultural roots,
offering theoretical insights and practical references for ethnic regions pursuing a Chinese modernization path that harmonizes material and spiritual progress.

    Abstract12)      PDF (2290KB)(1)    Save
Based on the panel data of counties(cities) in Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2022, 17 evalution indicators that reflect regional economic development disparities were selected. Using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Geographic Information System (GIS) methods, this study evaluated the spatial and temporal patterns of economic development across these counties. The results show that the economic development levels of the 57 counties exhibit a "pyramid-shaped" distribution, characterized by a small number of top-performing regions, a moderate number of mid-level regions, and a large proportion of lower-tier regions. The findings indicate that while Guangdong's county-level economies demonstrate strong synergistic development, the trend of uneven economic growth continues to expand. Based on the clustering analysis results, corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed.

    Li Pandao, Wang Lijun
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 52-63.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 007
    Abstract18)      PDF (2057KB)(11)    Save
Complementary resource advantages between scenic areas and rural villages play a vital role in promoting rural revitalization. Under the rural revitalization strategy, developing indigenous rural resources, activating rural tourism assets, and organically integrating scenic-village resources can lead to more efficient resource allocation. This approach promotes the integration of scenic areas and villages, the convergence of culture and tourism, and the fusion of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Taking the Chaxichuan Pastoral Complex in Zhubian Town as the research case, this study illustrates the mechanism through which complementary resource sharing between scenic areas and villages within the pastoral complex contributes to rural revitalization, from five dimensions: ecology, culture, industry, organization, and talent. In response to challenges such as idle rural resources and underdevelopment within the complex, the study explores strategies to support rural revitalization. These include enhancing farmers’ production skills, innovating talent recruitment mechanisms, strengthening grassroots Party organization development, adopting new approaches to cultural dissemination, introducing industrial projects, and developing characteristic towns. These findings provide valuable insights for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.

Translation Strategies of Metaphorical Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions from the#br# Perspective of Eco-translatology
    Chen Yan, Zhou Xiuying
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 71-76.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 009
    Abstract9)      PDF (1485KB)(4)    Save
The translation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in literary works plays a crucial role in promoting the global
dissemination of TCM culture. From the perspective of eco-translatology, this paper examines the English translations of A Dream of
Red Mansions by Yang Xianyi and Gladys Yang, and by David Hawkes. It investigates the translators' choices among thick translation,
thin translation, and literal translation for metaphorical TCM prescriptions and explores new approaches to disseminating TCM culture
globally. The findings show that Yang Xianyi and Gladys Yang tend to adopt a foreignizing strategy that relies primarily on literal
translation and omission, leaning toward thin translation. This approach, which preserves Chinese cultural nuances, constitutes a form
of "adaptive reduction" in eco-translatology. By contrast, Hawkes favors a domesticating strategy and thick translation, employing free
translation, explanation, loan translation, and amplification, an approach corresponding to "adaptive addition" in eco-translatology. For
prescriptions rich in cultural connotations, thick translation helps construct deeper cultural contexts and cognitive schemas, yet often
results in lengthy translations. In such cases, thin translation serves as an effective complementary strategy to better convey the cultural essence of the source language.

    Na Zhangyuan, Zhang Jirui
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 77-84.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 010
    Abstract16)      PDF (1549KB)(1)    Save
Patterns and Rituals represents the fruitful outcome of Professor Jia Man's years of dedicated research. Drawing upon
fieldwork conducted in Cangyuan, Yulong County, Pingbian, Eshan Tadian, Shalang, and Shangri-La in Yunnan, this work vividly
depicts through text and imagery the multi-ethnic cultures that have organically grown and evolved within Yunnan's diverse spatial
contexts. It offers valuable insights from a multi-spatial analytical perspective. Applying the Spatial Production Theory to examine the
historical evolution of patterns and rituals amid modernization and urbanization facilitates exploring living inheritance pathways for folk
cultures imbued with the sentiments of various ethnic groups. It further prompts reflection on how power structures and capital logic,
through cultural symbolization within multi-ethnic spaces, drive spatial reorganization, and serves as a vivid practice in consolidating
the sense of community for the Chinese nation.

Cultural Integration Between the Han and Bai Ethnic Groups: A Study of the Xizhou#br# "Heavenly Match"( Tianxian Pei) Dabenqu
    Zhao Jincan, Dou Ziran
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 85-91.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 011
    Abstract15)      PDF (1508KB)(0)    Save
The Xizhou version of "Heavenly Match" (Tianxian Pei) is a product of a Han folk tale transmitted into Bai communities.
Bai dabenqu performers engaged in an artistic re-creation by integrating local ethnic characteristics. While adapting and transplanting
the story, they sang it in the Bai language, recorded it in Bai script, and employed traditional Bai performing arts. In the process of reinterpretation, they also infused the narrative with the sentiments and worldview of the Bai people, thereby "localizing" and
"ethnicizing" a story of Han origin. As such, the Bai dabenqu "Heavenly Match" serves as a vivid example of the ethnic exchange,
communication and integration. Through a comparative analysis of the text, lyrics, artistic forms, and ideological-cultural dimensions,
this paper explores the deeper cultural logic behind the construction of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.

A Social Network Analysis of Influencing Factors for the Implementation of#br# Public-Private Partnership( PPP) Projects in Public Sports
Liu Xiaohu, Pan Jialing, Jian Zhaodong, Chen Changzhou
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 92-101.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 012
    Abstract14)      PDF (1942KB)(0)    Save
The effective integration of public sports sectors with PPP cooperation models can fully leverage market-driven operations
and government resource allocation capabilities, representing the current optimal solution for upgrading public sports services.
However, due to inherent characteristics such as PPP project investment amounts and cooperation durations, coupled with current
policy and economic development asymmetries, public sports PPP projects still face challenges in implementation efficiency during
practical advancement. This study employs a literature review and expert interview method to identify and summarize the influencing
factors of the implementation of PPP projects in public sports, and constructs a classification framework of these factors. Using social
network analysis (SNA), it analyzes the network of influencing factors at both the individual node and overall network levels. Through comprehensive analysis of specific indicators such as centrality and block models, six key influencing factors (including investment amount and return mechanisms) and their associated impact pathways are concluded. Based on these findings, the study proposes corresponding optimization recommendations for project implementation pathways by integrating key influencing factors and pathways: increasing the proportion of fiscal expenditure and strengthening regional policy support; consolidating regional resource advantages and establishing a talent ladder model; and calibrating investment scale while optimizing project return mechanisms.

Research on the Necessity and Feasibility of Constructing a Mobile Platform for Ethnic Traditional Sports#br# Public Services in the Digital Age
Long Fengying, Song Donghuan, Hou Jingyi, Mei Xi
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 102-112.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 013
    Abstract10)      PDF (1925KB)(0)    Save
This study conducted an in-depth investigation into the current use of existing public service platforms for ethnic
traditional sports. The survey results indicate several issues in their practical application. The content displayed on current platforms is
incomplete and presented in a single format; information dissemination remains largely static, with low update frequency and weak
interactivity; there are few dedicated mobile platforms, resulting in limited public service capacity for ethnic traditional sports; and
promotional information suffers from fragmentation, repetition, and redundancy. To address these issues, the study recommends
integrating textual, visual, audio, video, and third-party data resources related to ethnic traditional sports to build a mobile public
service platform. This platform should consolidate functions such as data collection, integration, analysis, application, promotion, and
resource sharing. By leveraging terminals such as web portals, mobile applications, WeChat Official Accounts, and short-video
platforms, the platform can enhance public service capacity for ethnic traditional sports and better meet the diverse sporting needs of
    the public.

    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (1): 113-120.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 01. 014
    Abstract15)      PDF (1484KB)(0)    Save
Northern Myanmar has become a breeding ground for organized cross-border telecom and online fraud, a result of the
combined effects of the internal survival and development needs of ethnic armed groups in the region, the external demand for low
criminal costs among cross-border telecom and online fraud syndicates, and the unique geographical, political, historical, and cultural
conditions of Northern Myanmar. As a system consisting of upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the black industry chain, the organized cross-border telecom and online fraud operations in Northern Myanmar operate in an orderly manner with protection from local armed forces. They are characterized by strong organizational centralization, systematization, high professionalism and concealment of crimes, as well as prominent regional features. Addressing such fraud presents governance challenges, including difficulties in joint law enforcement, evidence collection, asset recovery, arrests, and extraditions. Currently, as these organized crossborder telecom and online fraud activities shift to the Thailand-Myanmar border, collaborative governance, technological enhancement, and proactive counter-fraud measures remain essential for effective management.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Periplaneta americana extract CⅡ-3 on cyclophosphamide-induced intestinal
immune injury. Methods: Forty Balb/c mice were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, and low-, medium-, and
high-dose CⅡ-3 groups (25, 50, and 100 mg/kg). Except for the normal group, all mice received intraperitoneal injections of
cyclophosphamide (40 mg/kg) for three consecutive days to establish the model. From day 4, mice in the treatment groups were administered
CⅡ-3 by gavage for 14 days, while the normal and model groups received 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Fecal water content, Peyer′s
patches (PPs) numbers, and intestinal IgA, IgM, and sIgA levels were measured. Histopathological changes were evaluated by
hematoxylin-eosin staining, and mRNA expression of immune-related genes was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results: Cyclophos⁃
phamide significantly reduced fecal water content, PPs numbers, and IgA, IgM, and sIgA levels, and caused intestinal mucosal damage.
CⅡ-3 treatment dose-dependently increased fecal water content and immunoglobulin levels, elevated PPs numbers, and alleviated
histological injury. Medium- and high-dose CⅡ-3 upregulated T-bet, GATA-3, and Foxp3 expression while downregulating RORγt,
thereby restoring Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg balance. High-dose CⅡ-3 significantly increased the expression of Occludin, Claudin-1,
and Zo-1, improving intestinal barrier function. Conclusion: CⅡ-3 ameliorates cyclophosphamide-induced intestinal injury and
enhances mucosal immune function by regulating immune cell balance, promoting antibody production, and enhancing tight junction
protein expression, providing a theoretical basis for its application in intestinal immune injury intervention.

Objective: To assess the residue of antineoplastic drugs (ADs) in the working environment and the occupational exposure
of staff in four pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture. Methods: Paclitaxel and cisplatin
were selected as indicators, and samples of PIVAS environment and personal protective equipment wiping from 4 hospitals were col⁃
lected for environmental monitoring. Forty staff members who were exposed to ADs were selected as the exposure group, while 40 nonexposed
individuals were selected as the non-exposure group. Blood samples were collected for blood routine test and five-item im⁃
mune panel tests. Results: The detection rates of paclitaxel and cisplatin in environmental samples were 3.57% and 28.57% respec⁃
tively, and the maximum residues were 3.08 ng/mL and 56.62 ng/mL respectively. The detection rates on the surfaces of protective
equipment were 6.25% and 62.50% respectively, and the maximum residues were 5.22 ng/mL and 527.70 ng/mL respectively. Biologi⁃
cal monitoring showed that only the monocyte count in the blood routine of the two groups was marginally significant (P=0.050), and af⁃
ter adjusting for confounding factors, occupational exposure only had a significant effect on the monocyte count (P<0.05). There were no
statistically significant differences in the five immune indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Residual ADs were de⁃

Shi Duxuan, Yang Xiaoying, Liu Yang, Li Bowen, Zhao Chunping
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (2): 42-47.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 02. 007
    Abstract0)      PDF (1326KB)(0)    Save
Objective: To analyze the risk factors for delayed bleeding after endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps, and to provide a
reference for clinical risk assessment and perioperative management. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2 688 pa⁃
tients who underwent endoscopic colorectal polypectomy in the Endoscopy Center of the First People′s Hospital of Dali City from Janu⁃
ary 2021 to December 2022. General clinical characteristics, polyp features, and surgical information were collected. Patients were di⁃
vided into a bleeding group and a non-bleeding group according to the occurrence of delayed bleeding. Univariate analysis was per⁃
formed to identify associated factors, followed by multivariate Logistic regression to determine independent risk factors. Results:
Among 2 688 patients, delayed bleeding occurred in 55 cases, with an incidence rate of 2.05%, mostly occurring within 1-9 days post⁃
operatively. Univariate analysis showed that age, sex, body mass index (BMI), polyp diameter, location, and morphology were associated
with delayed bleeding (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression indicated that male, younger age, BMI≥24 kg/m2, polyp diameter≥1 cm,
right-sided colonic location, and pedunculated polyps were independent risk factors for delayed bleeding. Conclusion: The incidence
of delayed bleeding after endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps is relatively low. However, male patients, younger individuals, those
who are overweight or obese, and patients with larger polyps, right-sided colorectal polyps, or pedunculated polyps have an increased
risk. Identifying high-risk patients and implementing targeted preventive measures can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative
    bleeding and improve treatment safety.

Zhao Chunping, Shi Duxuan, Yang Xiaoying, Zhao Xianlin, Zhang Qinyuan, Guo Shunhong, Li Bowen
    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (2): 48-52.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 02. 008
    Abstract1)      PDF (1375KB)(1)    Save
Objective: To evaluate the safety and clinical value of colonoscopy in pediatric patients with lower gastrointestinal dis⁃
eases and to analyze indications and detection rates across age groups. Methods: Clinical data from 349 pediatric patients who under⁃
went colonoscopy between January 2022 and December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The age, clinical manifestations, the rate of
taotal colon examination and the detection of disease were collected. Patients were divided into 0-6-year and 7-14-year groups. The
reasons for examination and the detection of disease in different groups were compared, and the effects of painless versus conventional
colonoscopy were assessed. Results: A total of 367 colonoscopies were completed, with an overall complete colonoscopy rate of
85.83%, significantly higher in the 7-14-year group than in the 0-6-year group (94.29% vs. 64.42%, P<0.001). No severe complica⁃
tions occurred. The overall disease detection rate was 56.16%. Hematochezia was the primary indication in the 0-6-year group, with
higher detection rates of intestinal polyps and eosinophilic enteritis, whereas abdominal pain was the main indication in the 7-14-year
group, with a higher detection rate of colitis. A total of 56 polyps were detected, with juvenile polyps being the most common type. Con⁃
clusion: Colonoscopy is safe and effective for diagnosing and managing lower gastrointestinal diseases among pediatric patients. How⁃
ever, the rate of complete colonoscopy is relatively lower in younger children, which is related to poor compliance with bowel prepara⁃
tion and low cooperation during the procedure. The use of painless colonoscopy can improve completion rates. Rational selection of in⁃
dications and enhanced preoperative education may optimize the application of colonoscopy in pediatric practice.

    Abstract4)      PDF (1405KB)(0)    Save
Objective: To explore the clinical value of Xpert MTB/RIF technology in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and the
detection of rifampicin resistance. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 302 patients with suspected
pulmonary tuberculosis. The specimens were tested using acid-fast staining smear, liquid culture, and Xpert MTB/RIF. The diagnostic
efficacy of the three methods was compared, and the accuracy of Xpert MTB/RIF in detecting rifampicin resistance was evaluated
against proportional drug susceptibility testing (DST) as the gold standard. Results: Among the specimens of 150 confirmed pulmonary
tuberculosis patients, the positive rates were 7.3% (11/150) for acid-fast staining, 54.7% (82/150) for liquid culture, and 98.0% (147/
    150) for Xpert MTB/RIF. The positive rate of Xpert MTB/RIF was significantly higher than those of the other two methods (P<0.001).
Among the 150 confirmed cases, the rifampicin resistance rates detected by Xpert MTB/RIF and proportional DST were 12.0% (18/
    150) and 12.7% (19/150), respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.836). Using proportional DST as the
gold standard, the sensitivity and specificity of Xpert MTB/RIF for detecting rifampicin resistance were 84.2% (16/19) and 98.5% (129/
131), respectively. The two methods showed high consistency (Kappa=0.846, 95%CI: 0.732-0.960, P<0.001). Conclusion: Xpert MTB/
RIF can rapidly and accurately detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its rifampicin resistance, demonstrating significant clinical appli⁃
cation value. It can serve as an important tool for the diagnosis and resistance screening of pulmonary tuberculosis.

    Abstract0)      PDF (1404KB)(0)    Save
Objective: To investigate the ameliorative effect of Mirabilis jalapa root extract on loperamide-induced constipation in
mice, providing experimental evidence for its development and application in constipation treatment. Methods: A constipation model
was established in mice by intragastric administration of loperamide. The animals were randomly divided into a normal control group, a
model group, a positive control group, and low-, medium-, and high-dose M. jalapa extract groups, with continuous administration for
7 days. Defecation function was assessed by general condition, first black stool excretion time, the number of fecal pellets within 6
hours, and fecal water content. Gastric phenol red retention and small intestinal transit rate were measured using the phenol red
method. Colonic water content was determined to evaluate colonic hydration. Results: Compared with the normal group, the model mice
exhibited a significantly prolonged time to first black stool, reduced fecal pellet number, decreased fecal and colonic water content,
along with increased gastric phenol red retention and decreased intestinal transit rate (P<0.05), confirming successful model establishment.
Compared with the model group, medium- and high-dose M. jalapa extract significantly shortened the time to first black stool,
increased fecal pellet number within 6 hours, and improved fecal and colonic water content as well as small intestinal transit rate (P<
0.05). The high-dose extract also markedly reduced gastric phenol red retention (P<0.05), indicating enhanced gastric emptying and
intestinal motility. Conclusion: M. jalapa root extract effectively relieves constipation in mice, improves gastric emptying and small
intestinal transit function, increases fecal and colonic water content, and exerts a clear laxative effect with gastrointestinal motilitypromoting
    potential.

    Journal of Dali University    2026, 11 (2): 92-100.   DOI: 10. 3969 / j. issn. 2096-2266. 2026. 02. 015
    Abstract0)      PDF (1860KB)(0)    Save
Taking Dali purple carrots as the main raw material, using Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus as
starter cultures, and taking sensory evaluation as the key indicator, the process conditions of the set purple carrot yogurt are optimized
through single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the addi⁃
tion amount of purple carrot juice is 4.5%, the addition amount of white granulated sugar is 8.0%, the addition amount of starter culture
is 0.5%, the fermentation time is 9 hours, the homogenization time is 4 minutes, and the fermentation temperature is 42 ℃ . Under
these conditions, the finished yogurt exhibites a pink color, a smooth texture, a well-balanced sour-sweet taste, and a unique flavor of
purple carrots. During the storage period, the nutritional quality and product characteristics of purple carrot yogurt all changed to a cer⁃
tain extent, but the change range was smaller than that of the control yogurt, showing higher quality stability. These findings provide a
scientific basis for the industrial production of purple carrot yogurt.
