Lisu people, an ancient ethnic group, resides at the Nujiang Lisu autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province in China.
About one hundred years ago, the Lisu people who had migrated here before began to accept the Christian faith. Christianity, as a new
religion which was more delicate and facilitative for Lisu people's ethnic identification, replaced their original cultural interpretation
system, and thus, Lisu people have built up a new cultural foundation and social structure centering on the belief of "salvation" by
sacred means. Although in today's world, the wholeness of this religion is confronted with challenges, the basic religious ecology in Lisu
people is not shaken.

Facing the network cluster behaviors of minority college students, the attention is on the logical starting point for their
participation, which can be divided into four levels: reading, tracking, interaction and proposition. The conversion from attention to
identification activate the original power that covers three radiation dimensions: individual, group and society. It needs to be resolved
through the analysis of the original dynamic field, and safeguard national unity and stability together.

Sudden social security incidents in the frontier minority areas can be divided into the foreign-related and the non-foreignrelated
ones. In the process of opinion transmission, subjects in the non-foreign related incidents tend to maintain silent, and therefore
it is hard for the potential opinions to transform into public opinions. In this case, we should improve the emergency management
capability and governance level of the government, enhance the media literacy of minority cadres and people , build up the strength of
leading media in the frontier minority areas, and report more realities and problems of the frontier areas.

In the "New Normal" economy, Yunnan's economic growth has slowed down with its internal driving force weakened. It is
extremely important to expand consumption, especially that of the vast number of rural residents, in order to maintain the economic
growth to a certain level. From the two perspectives of consumption aggregate and structure, the present paper probes into the
consumption activities of rural residents in Yunnan province, which provide empirical materials and references for further expansion

After the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the Chamber of Commerce in
Yunnan has been gradually declining. In order to save business and commerce from the overall crisis, the Chamber of Commerce
actively participated in the local political and democratic movements, hoping obtain greater living space. At the same time, on the eve
of the liberation of Yunnan, in order to gain favorable support and successfully complete the peaceful liberation cause of Yunnan, the
Communist Party of China（CPC）and the underground organization of CPC also actively united the progressive people in the Chamber
of Commerce, trying to gain support from the industrial and commercial circle so as to achieve the peaceful liberation of Yunnan
province.

Catchwords and hot words all have the characteristics of popularity, but the definition of catchwords should refer to the
standard of "innovation". Catchwords can be words, phrases or sentences. Constructional catchwords can be fillers, and mosaic
catchwords are code-mixing. From the view point of eco-criticism, contemporary catchwords have caused a certain destruction to
people's spiritual ecology. The abuse of catchwords leads to the deconstruction of reason, the vulgarization of taste, the solidification of
class, and the decrease of language creativity.

Southwest United University is a miracle in the educational field. It is an outstanding representative of Yunnan's
education, and also is of significant value. Poetry composition in the university was the spiritual homeland and a poetic shelter for the
teachers and students at that time. The poetry in the university during the War of Resistance reflects the spirit of school anthem.
Through Chen Yinke's experience in the South, we can see the teachers' and students' flexible way of making best of the situation.
Through the poems of Ye Hua, Shen Jiping, Qin Ni, Ma Fenghua, William Empson, Ma Junjie, Xue Chen, etc., we can see the suffering
and misery of Chinese people under the attack of Japanese. Through the poems of Zheng Min, Sun Yutang, Du Yunxie, Liu Yishi, etc.,
we can feel the great humanistic feelings. Through the poems of Xu Ming, Feng Zhi, Mu Dan, Du Yunxie, etc., we can see the patriotism
in that disastrous period of time. The National Monument Inscription written on May 4th, 1947 reflects the educational spirit of South
United University, which is a collaboration of students and teachers. The description of "war" in this poem is a light for the country in
the darkness of time.

There are two adaptability laws in modern university moral education: the law of social adaptability and that of individual
adaptability. Social adaptability law includes the adaptation to the social development level and stage, and also the adaption to the need
of social development. Individual adaptability law includes the adaption to the characteristics of college students' mind and moral
development in different stages, the adaption to the college students' individual differences, and the adaptation to the transformation
between knowledge and action.

Firstly ,this paper summarizes the technical service achievements of Dali University library since its establishment from
the aspects of hardware and software, such as LAN&WLAN and central computer room, digital library and digital borrowing&
returning, remote access etc. Secondly, it points out that the current problems in service, such as the poor automation, old equipment
and poor management, lack of funds and professionals, etc. Finally, we put forward the feasible measures and solutions to the problems,
which will play an active role in improving the technical service and realizing the service innovation under the new situation of
"Internet +" and "Big Data".

In the digital information age，great changes have taken place in the content and mode of library service. Subject service as

This study adopted the instruments of behavioral experiments and eye tracking to investigate the effects of digital reading
and print-based reading information carriers on text reading among junior school students. The study showed that there were no
significant differences between digital reading and print-based reading in relation to reading understanding of junior school students.
Compared with the print-based reading, fixation counts were significantly more on digital reading, however, there was no obvious
fixation hot spots. In a word, digital reading did not result in the shallowing of reading understanding in junior school students.
However, the suitability of reading equipments for teenagers before promoting digital reading should be taken into account.

The quality of teaching should rely on the role of teachers. If the scholarship model, and achievements evaluation and
rewarding system cannot meet the needs of teachers, their enthusiasm and creativity cannot be motivated and thus the quality of talent
cultivation is out of the question. The reality is that, due to the economic rationality, information asymmetry, and inappropriate
academic evaluation and rewarding system, college teachers have been constantly engaged in the multi-tasks of teaching, academic
research, and social services, i.e. in their working, teachers attach more importance to academic research and less importance to
teaching and social services, so that the overall working style is "emphasizing on quantity but disregarding quality". Therefore,
analyzing the traditional definition of scholarship, the present paper proposes a categorical and hierarchical management mechanism
for college teachers based on Boyer's model of scholarship.

Credit system is an important part of China's higher education reformation. Under the credit system, the boundaries of the
traditional colleges and majors need to be broken for the implementation the elective courses and flexible educational system, and thus
the uniformity of the educational contents among classmates are largely diminished. Meanwhile, contrast to traditional classes, the
means of class management and class construction will change to a large extent, influencing the function and cohesion of the class.
Through analyzing the characteristics and influence of the credit system, and based upon the status quo of the class management in
Dali University, the present paper proposed specific countermeasures to the problems in the college class management and construction
in the credit system.

Evaluation of instructional quality is an important part of university self-assessment of teaching. Through analyzing the
problems and their causes in the evaluation system of instructional quality, and understanding the teaching status data collection and
the needs of the newly-established universities and colleges, institutional constraints and procedure control are combined in order to
facilitate the cultural construction of teaching quality, the formation of scientific bases for evaluation criteria, the creation of new
evaluation methods, the optimized combination of evaluation mechanism, and the effective use of the evaluation results. This has a
significant role in promoting the validity of instructional quality evaluation system.

Acculturation, a popular but important concept in intercultural communication studies, has been mainly concerned with a
sojourner's adaptation in a new culture that is different from one's customary one. With the increase of the overseas students from South
Asia and South Eastern Asia, studies on overseas students' learning of Chinese, and their acculturation in China have received great
attention. However, no individual among the vast sojourners has been singled out for deeper and more detailed investigation as to what
has been taking place along the way he or she adjusts and accustoms to the new culture. With the individuality of acculturation in mind,
this case study looks at the four stages and their related key events in his process of acculturation, that is, culture shock resulting from
typical Chinese food, a popular greeting "Hi", the strong motivation for learning Chinese to build personal networks, and the starting of
business cooperation between China and Sri Lanka. It is hoped that this case story will shed some light on the individuation process of a
sojourner when living and studying in a foreign situational context.

Firstly, a macroscopic analysis for cross-cultural adjustment of South Asian students in China is carried out. Secondly, the
status quo is elaborated from four aspects: cross-cultural adjustment pressure, Chinese learning, professional class teaching and South
Asian students management. Finally, three major problems in this research sphere were pointed out, i.e. the lack of a systematic
research viewpoint, the lack of innovation on manners, and the lack of study in South Asian cultures. Three countermeasures to the
problems were proposed: drawing on the "cross-cultural adaption" research point of view both from home and abroad, making use of
anthropological fieldwork research techniques, and deepening the investigation in South Asian cultures starting with Hinduism.

organization. Pro- activeness means the positiveness, initiativeness, and prospectiveness in changing the current situation. Proactiveness
at workplaces has been gradually becoming a hot topic in the research of organizational behaviors. Based on the literature

In the media integration era, facing the increasing difficulty of job hunting in the news media industry, the training mode of
journalism in local colleges and universities should not blindly follow the domestic elite colleges. Instead, it must be combined with
their own characteristics and the professional elements, and to change the normal graduation thesis writing into graduation design for
media platforms. This needs students to have strong news business ability and professional quality. The graduation design may set the
bar high, but may also expand the career path for graduate students. The innovation may promote the quality of graduate designs, and
will become an importance step for local universities to provide service for local economy and provide news media talents for the

Studying the regional flow and career flow of employment, the employment flows of graduate students of three successive
years are studied to look into the differences and changes. From the study, it is revealed that the regions of employment flow for
students from Yunnan province mainly constitute of Kunming and Dali, whereas for students from provinces other than Yunnan, the
regions are mainly their hometowns. The career flow of employment mainly concentrate on enterprises, public institutions, medical
organizations and educational organizations. Therefore, in order to promote the employment quality of local universities in Yunnan
province, we should decentralize students' employment, guide their rational career choice in multi-areas and multi-professions, and
should stimulate and expand their employment by encouraging business startups.
