Re-studying the research status of minority literature is an important way to understand the development of minority
literature and even the entire Chinese literature. The study of Chinese minority literature at the turn of the century is closely related to
western postmodernism. The influence of the latter on the former mainly reflects in the following aspects: profound changes have taken
place in the concept of minority literary theory; the awareness of minority nationalities has been highlighted in the theoretical field of
vision; the individualized writing of ethnic minority writers has been acknowledged; the literary language problems of ethnic minorities
have drawn wide attention. The impact shows both positive and negative value orientations. To draw more positive factors from
postmodernism and avoid its negative effects, we must fully follow the basic cultural requirements of a unified multinational nation and
uphold the Chinese perspective and the reality of China.

In the period of Dali Kingdom, after the land and water pathway along Lancang-Mekong River was opened by the Nanzhao
government with force, neighboring countries had constructed a convenient transportation network, with which the Dali kingdom had
established its foreign relationships with other Southeast Asian countries. Although the pathway was faced with a geopolitical dilemma,
generally it has promoted the interconnections among the ancient countries in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin.

Nanzhao Dehua is an important monument in Yunnan Province inscribed in the Tang Dynasty. The Regular Script of the
inscription inherits the calligraphic styles both of Jin and Tang Dynasty, displaying the aesthetics of Chu Suiliang, Wang Xizhi and Li
Beihai, and at the meantime, it embodies some calligraphic spirit of monuments in Wei Dynasty, which therefore makes it unique in
style. Characters in the inscription were written in a thin and powerful way, with square strokes as the main type which is sometimes
combined with circular movements. The Running Script was integrated with the Regular Script, making the overall structure natural,
unrestrained, elegant, and magnificent, but not unruly. The general layout of the inscription adopted that of Running Script, in which
the lines are contrasted and echoed in a rich and fluent way. The monument is not only a masterpiece in the calligraphic history in
Yunnan Province, but is also one of the best in the Tang Dynasty monuments. It has significant referential and educational values for
the modern renaissance and promotion of Tang Dynasty Regular Script.

The Two Song period was a new peak of economic development after the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It was a typical stage of
the southward shift of ancient China's economic center, and was also an important period of the great national integration in the
feudalist China. During the Two Song Dynasties, the prosperity of economy was mainly based on the development of agriculture and
commodity economy, and the movement of political center to the south. Its effects on ethnic relationships mainly include the promotions
of national absorption, interaction and identity. Economic development had also accelerated the pace of minority feudalization to a
certain extent, and had become a material base for stabilizing power relations with neighboring nations, creating a peaceful environment
for social development, and laying a solid foundation for the Yuan government to rule a unified multi-ethnic country.

"Gua Bao Bang" fixed-point poverty alleviation is an important part in the targeted poverty alleviation program in Yunnan
Province, which can promote economic and social development in rural areas, realize the goal of poverty alleviation and achieve a welloff
society. X County in the western border of Yunnan has made certain achievements in the "Gua Bao Bang" poverty alleviation work.
However, the work has been progressed very slowly and redundantly and local people showed little enthusiasm in participation because
of improper support relationships, an unclear division of responsibilities among different departments, a lack of thorough understanding
of the program by some cadres and workers, a lack of promotion of the program, the imperfect industrialized poverty alleviation model
and inadequate supervision, etc. Measures must be taken to ensure that the work will go smoothly and achieve the expected goals.

In the process of development, the silverware industry in Dali has many problems such as the lack of experiential
activities, famous brands and regional cultural features, the constant degradation of craftsmanship, and the disorder in market
management. Key measures should be taken for a sustainable development of Dali silverware industry, such as drawing up a local
standard for the silverware industry, protecting the cultural ecology of the silverware handicraft, creating a silverware cultural and
creative industrial park, building a well- known brand and constructing a "internet + " marketing platform, which will effectively
promote the integration of tourism and silverware industry in Dali.

Since the Reform and Opening Up, the problem of food and clothing for hundreds of millions of poor people has been
solved in China. However, in the Tibet Autonomous Region, a concentrated destitute area, the poverty alleviation situation is still
serious. It remains arduous to win the battle of poverty alleviation by 2020. Today, poverty alleviation with E-commerce is not only
listed as one of the ten major targeted poverty alleviation projects by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council, but is also an
important direction for poverty alleviation in the Tibet Autonomous Region. This paper clarifies the main models of targeted poverty
alleviation with rural E-commerce, analyzes the principal steps of the E-commerce poverty alleviation in the Tibet Autonomous
Region, explores relevant problems, and finally puts forward some countermeasures according to the unique features of the Tibet
    Autonomous Region.

Larger lakes in Tibetan areas are generally revered as holy lakes by Tibetans, but in the Erhai Lake basin, which has
similar cultural backgrounds such as natural worship, folk beliefs and Buddhist beliefs, does not have the concept of Holy Lake. The
root cause of differentiation is whether it is necessary for the local human activities to utilize the waters. At present, the concept of holy
lake is experiencing the severe impact of the local economic and social development, and the protection of ecological environment has
been remarkably diminished. The "Erhai Lake Conservation Model" and the "rescue mode" undergoing in the Erhai Lake basin, where
human activities have far exceeded the carrying capacity of its ecological environment, have shown theoretically and practically that
public governance is the fundamental solution to the ecological civilization of lakes. However, the concept of Holy Lake could remind
us of adjusting the ideas of protectors, excavating the concepts of a living community and an organic whole, transcending the concept of
nature worship and providing people with a reasonable basis for empathy with nature.

The paper studies two villages with different water resources, Hongshan village in Jiexiu, Shanxi, and Shangyanpingzhai
village in Tongdao, Hunan. Based on the research background and theoretical guidance of rural urbanization, and taking water as the
entry point, the paper analyzes the changes in water resources and village situations under the background of rural urbanization. The
common characteristics, dilemmas and solutions of the villages before and after rural urbanization are discussed. It is shown that the
village communities have the ability of "resilience" and have the "wisdom of survival" and "social intension" which enable them for
endogenous development even when coerced by the progress of rural urbanization.

Administrative law enforcement is an important aspect of the legalized construction of local environment, but it faces many
difficulties in the process of implementation. In the Erhai Lake region, during the process of enforcing environmental laws, there are
problems such as unclear division of enforcement authorities, flawed basis for law enforcement, and lack of expertise in the law
enforcement teams. We should start with changing the concept of law enforcement, perfecting laws and regulations, integrating forces in
law enforcement, strengthening the building of professional groups, giving full play to public participation and social co-governance so
as to solve the problems in the protection of Erhai Lake.

This paper adopts a corpus-based approach to make a contrastive study of the most frequently used word "remain" by both
English native speakers and Chinese English learners in the differences in colligation, collocation and semantic prosody. The
investigation of semantic prosody was conducted based on the colligations in the two corpora. The results of the study show that the
colligation types of "remain" are basically the same but vary in distribution. It was also suggested that the semantic preference and
semantic prosody vary from colligation to colligation in both corpora: in the native speakers corpus, the colligation of REMAIN+ADJ
tends to have a positive semantic preference, REMAIN+N and REMAIN+PREP a neutral one, while the rest of the colligations show a
negative one; in the Chinese English learners corpus, however, there turned out to be semantic prosody inappropriateness in each
colligation, which implies that Chinese learners fail to master the semantic prosody of "remain".

The National Southwestern Associated University has become a history, but it used to be the spiritual home and a poetic
habitat of the teachers, students and scholars. After a study on the University during the Resistance War against Japanese, we found
that its cultural value is embedded in the spirit of "May-Fourth Movement" that was initiated by National Peking University, National
Tsing Hua University and other universities in 1919. During the 8 years in Kunming, the universities' success in jointly running the
Associated University is inseparable from the close relationships between students and teachers, and also the students' community
activities. Students' communities had flourished the May- Fourth Spirit in various forms such as community activities, literature
activities, posters publications, and commemorative activities, which had inherited and developed the spirit of May-Fourth, enriched
the connotation of the spirit, become the most solid "bastion of democracy", laid the foundation of democratic development, and left a
precious legacy for the later generations.

    Overseas Tibet-related Non-Governmental Organizations(hereafter Tibet-related NGOs)are an important international
supporting force for the Pseudo-Tibet regime in exile. They are doing everything to provide the Pseudo government with material and
moral support. Similar to other NGOs, the actions of Tibet- related NGOs are also based on their own free wills in some sense.
Therefore, in order to take targeted countermeasures, we need to have a thorough understanding of their motives including the religious
beliefs rooted in the Western Christian culture, some Western people's fantasy of a wonderland like Shangri-La, expected return of the
donations, anti-communist thoughts, and liberal humanitarianism, etc.

This paper analyzes the educational levels, enrollment times, geographical distributions, school types and employment
directions of 330 schools that have applied psychology majors, trying to find out why the employment rates of psychology majors in
some provinces have been given "red-cards". The analysis shows that the major reasons are the opening of a large number of applied
psychology majors in the same period of time, the imbalanced regional distribution, and too many graduate students with low levels of
education. All colleges and universities which run the major should consider the expansion of the employment market as well as the
reduction of student numbers. The redundancy of a single specialty leads to the homogeneity of trained talents and narrows the
employment path for students, resulting in the disqualification of the major in many provinces and affecting the future enrollment and
    employment.

Based on the social identity theory, a model of the relationships among workplace negative gossips, group identity,

show that workplace negative gossips have negative impacts on the employees' proactive work, that their group identities serves
completely as a medium between negative gossips and proactive work, and that employees' conventionality will moderate the influence
of negative gossips on their group identities, which means the more conventional an employee is, the less his/her group identity will be
influenced by the negative gossips at the workplace.

Targeted poverty alleviation has become a hot topic under the new situation, and targeted touristic poverty alleviation is an
extremely important measure for its implementation. Problems of PPT development strategy in Zhangjiajie should be solved in the
following ways. Firstly, we should promote work in all areas by drawing upon the experience gained on key points. Based on regional
tourist resources, featured products should be strategically promoted in order to build up a featured tourist industry. Secondly, with
cooperative and sharing mechanisms, governments of all levels in Zhangjiajie can be interconnected and the administrative
managements in the targeted poverty alleviation will be dynamic. Thirdly, the compensation mechanism in the targeted touristic poverty
alleviation should be improved in order to ensure an accurate list of beneficiaries.
