There is an interesting mode of thinking in the Bai people's understanding of time and history, that is, there are two
parallel time lines: one is the grand "historical line" which they consider as relatively objective and linear, mainly including the grand
national history; the other is parallel to the national history, which only applies to the community history of Dali Bazi in this particular
space and carries people's collective memory in a mythical way. The two histories together mark the time coordinates of the Bai people.
The former is clear and the latter is vague, but they harmonize and unify the dialectical relations between the state and the local place,
the external and internal, the myth and the reality, the individual and the universe without contradiction. Realistic construction of the
belief system of the Bai people's water gods in Erhai basin is a typical example. And by means of multiple cascades, it reflects the Bai
ancestors' strong ability to absorb and reproduce other cultures.

Jihong Bridge, an iron chain bridge built on cliffs by Lancang River on the border of Baoshan city and Yongping county, is
a crucial junction on the Southern Silk Road. The bridge has a long history and profound cultural connotations, and is considered as a
representation of the bridge culture of Lancang River basin and one of the most important starting point for research on Southern Silk
Road. Based on historical classics, stone carvings, literary works, oral history and archeological excavation materials, the present paper
explicates the historical development and cultural connotations of Jihong Bridge, and sheds some light on its values.

The "herringbone" economic corridor between China and Myanmar provides new opportunities for Chinese enterprises in
Myanmar undoubtedly. However, Myanmar is a country with very strong religious beliefs, where most people believe in Theravada
Buddhism. This would inevitably influence Chinese enterprises' investments. Research on religious risks and countermeasures during
the mining of Letpadaung Copper Mine will not only provide solutions to religious risks for Chinese enterprises in Myanmar, but also
provide a substantial reference for Chinese enterprises in avoiding investment risks caused by religious factors abroad.

In the new era, De'ang women's subjective consciousness can be categorized into the consciousness of gender equality, the
consciousness of self-development, the consciousness of self-expression, and the consciousness of cultural confidence. A historical
perspective should be taken to probe into the reasons why De'ang women's subjective consciousness has been developing so rapidly. In
the 70 years since the founding of People's Republic of China, the socialist system of pursuing national equality, gender equality, and
women's liberation has provided institutional guarantee for the establishment of De'ang women's subjectivity. The historic changes in
social and economic life since the reform and opening up have created conditions for the development of De'ang women's subjectivity.
The continuous innovation of the working methods of the Women's Federation in the new era has given De'ang women more
opportunities to realize their self-worth. Although the female subjective consciousness has been promoted in the practice of reform and
opening up, in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it still needs to be continuously improved in a way that meets the
expectations of the country and the requirements of the development of the times.

Holistic tourism is a new concept and mode of regional coordinated development, which uses tourism to drive and promote
the coordinated development of economy and society. It reflects people's upgrading demand of wide, diversified, high-quality and
beneficial tourism products in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Rural tourism poverty alleviation is an important
way to dig deep into the tourism value in the new wealth revolution, solve the overall poverty problem in the vast rural areas, win the
battle against poverty and achieve overall prosperity. Both of them have inherent logical consistency in goals, concepts, regional
distribution and realization paths, and both propose a "Space-Economy-Environment" compound regional ecosystem to alleviate rural
tourism poverty. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the contradictions between resource development and environmental
protection, overall prosperity and individual marginalization, exogenous and endogenous motivation, and comprehensiveness and
difference in the implementation process.

Partitioned pricing affects consumers' judgment of commodity value, and further affects consumers' purchase decisions.
Based on the situation of market monopoly degree and the change of the proportion of added price, this paper studies the influence of
partitioned pricing on online consumers' decision-making. The conclusions are as follows: a）the influence of partitioned pricing on
online consumers' purchasing decision-making is negatively correlated with the degree of market monopoly; and b）The influence of
partitioned pricing on online consumers' purchasing decision-making is positively correlated with the proportion of additional price,
when college students reject any partitioned pricing while the middle aged and old people could accept partitioned pricing with the
average value of 12.6% and the max value of 50%. Therefore, the online companies or sellers should avoid partitioned pricing during the
whole process.

Research on humorous utterances focuses on the analysis of humorous utterances per se. This paper presents a first step to
assess the impoliteness and humor in a discourse on the basis of Brown and Levinson's politeness theory and Raskin's Semantic Script
Theory of Humor （SSTH） so as to ascertain that the dual quality （being impolite and humorous simultaneously） of social
communicative utterances can be determined. In this article the attempt is made to analyze the text informativeness from the
macroscopic（linear opposition of text script）and microscopic（linear increment of informativeness）perspective. Through the text
informativeness analysis, it is proved that the similarity features of the two scripts in the text are the most different in number, which
leads to the semantic opposition between the two scripts, thus achieving the humorous pragmatic effect of the text. This paper is
intended to set up an observable and verifiable testing method of semantic script opposition of impolite humorous utterances, which
develops the explanatory power of（im）politeness theory and SSTH.

In the 21st century, research literature on the official case novels has increased in number, innovations have been made in
contents and research methods, and there emerged multi-disciplinary studies mainly based on literature and supplemented by law,
linguistics, and folklore. This has brought fruitful results in the study of official case novels, and has made it an important field in the
study of Chinese ancient novels. However, while great achievements have been made, there are still some problems in the research
content, theory, and group, which need to be further improved.

According to Habermas, in modern society, due to the separation of the economic system and the administrative system from the living world, they have gradually become a force to interfere and control the living world that was originally free, open to communication, and full of understanding and trust, and have led the world to "colonization". In the medical field, this "colonization" is mainly manifested by the alienation of the doctor-patient relationship, that is, excessive economicization, technicalization, legalization and other relationships have become the dominant relationship between doctors and patients. The original negotiation, dialogue,understanding, mutual agreement and humanistic doctor-patient relationship have been obscured or abandoned, which led to the
severe consequences of doctor-patient tension and even conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to restore the doctor-patient relationship to
healthy and reasonable state through the stimulation of the normal functions of the three systems of life, culture, society and
personality, so as to protect the patients' live and medical rights.

Rural domestic waste problems has obvious characteristics of the time, and is closely related to the level of social and

tragedy of the commons" phenomenon of rural domestic waste is prominent, which has become a major problem affecting the

A new type of employment relationship is involved in works generated by artificial intelligence（AI）. By adopting the model
of works made for hire, problems in the copyrightability and interests allocation of AI creations can be solved in a reasonable way.
Protecting AI creations under the model of works made for hire can help simulate AI creation activities and define the subject of tort
liability in the behavior of AI creation. The rules of works made for hire provide a regime foundation for this model, in which AI can be
regarded as "employee" and the scope of "employer" should be broadened. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the work-made-forhire
regime in China based on the third time revision of Copyright Law and to bring AI creations into the scope of copyright protection,
so as to protect AI creations properly and promote its development.

There are obvious gender differences in family education of Limi people, which is the product of its cultural development.
There should be no such thing as pros and cons. However, as the subjects of cognition, people will alienate the culture while inheriting
and developing it, and express it in the family relationships. Therefore, the original gender division of labor between males and females,
i. e. "the husband working outside while the wife looking after the home", has been alienated as "women's subordination to male
power"; the religion of "harmony between yin and yang" has been changed into "the superiority of the males"; and family members'
"duly duties" have been transformed into "patriarchal supremacy". The reconstruction of the gender relations of the Limi people should
be based on a joint force from the three perspectives of the individual, family and society. Specific measures may include strengthening
the construction of female subjectivity, acknowledging differences, abandoning gender stereotypes, promoting the mainstreaming of
gender in ethnic areas, and solving the employment problems of Limi women who are left at home.

It is of great significance to explore the practical dilemma of the transformation of application-oriented university teachers,
to analyze the internal causes and seek a breakthrough path, and to promote the transformation and development of applicationoriented
universities. Based on investigation and analysis, this article finds that the weakening of teachers’moral consciousness, weak
awareness of transformation, weak teaching ability, disconnected practical ability, and delayed team building are the main crux of the

The cultivation of top-notch talents through the "Combined Bachelor's/Master's Degree Program （Combined BS/MS

The creation of Chinese American literature is, in a way, a form of cultural translation. The unique insight of Chinese
American writers makes them the missionaries of Sino-US cultural exchanges, therefore, analyzing their translational behaviour from a
sociological perspective is of great significance. Based on practice, Bourdieu's theory is applicable to both the "intra-translation" and
"extra-translation" process. That is why discussing the universality and individuality of Chinese American writers in terms of their
"intra" and "extra" translational behaviour in changing fields and contexts will shed light on the dissemination of Chinese culture and
Chinese voice.

The construction of learning atmosphere is the soul of the development and existence of colleges and universities. The
quality of learning atmosphere is directly related to the construction of first-class undergraduate majors and the quality of talent
training. In the context of the first-class undergraduate construction of "Shuangwan（Doulbe-10, 000）Plan", taking the first-class
undergraduate professional application as an opportunity, the present paper actively explore and practice the construction of first-class
learning atmosphere. Through questionnaire surveys and field studies, it investigates the status quo of university learning atmosphere
