In 1925, the cultural relics kept in Qianxun and other Pagodas in Chongsheng Temple were shaken down and looted away during an earthquake. Some of them were sold to East China and even abroad. In 1944, Helen Burwell Chapin published "Yunnanese Images of Avalokitesvara" in Harvard Journal of Asiatic Studies, mentioning six Buddhist statues from Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms and collected in museums like Metropolitan Museum of America and San Francisco Art Museum. The most famous piece is Acarya Avalokitesvarastatuebuilt by Duan Zhengxing, the King of Dali Kingdom, and collected by San Diego Museum of Art in April, 1941. These statues are very likely to be the lost relics after the earthquake in 1925. In recent years, I have been lucky to see some pieces of valuable Nanzhao and Dali Buddhist statues returning from abroad inart auction markets. Therefore, this paper intends to record the events for a better understanding of Nanzhao and Dali Buddhist statues.

In archaeological researches the spatial relationship between physical remain s is very important to explain the meaning and nature of archaeological remains in terms of methodology. After the founding ofthe People's Republic of China a large number of seashells were unearthed from the tombs from the Spring and Autumn period to the Western Han Dynasty in the Dianchi area of Yunnan Province and Jianchuan County in western Yunnan. For the significance and nature of these seashells some scholars believe that they existed as a medium of exchange and even further draw the conclusion that Yunnan began to use seashells as currency in the late Spring and Autumn period. However some scholars believed that before the Tang Dynasty the seashells unearthed from archaeology were not a medium of exchange but decorations used by local people in daily life. Through further investigation on the age shape spatial distribution range of the shells unearthed in this period the spatial-temporal relationship with other forms of tombs and the position relationship between shells and other burial goods in the unearthed tombs we can get the following understanding it can be seen from the spatial relations between the archaeological relics and relics the relics and the physical remains ruins and ruins combined with the ethnographic data that the shells excavated from the archaeological excavation were neither used as a medium of exchange nor as decorations. These grain seashells produced in the remote warm waters of the Indian Ocean were brought to Yunnan by long-distance traders. As a rare item not available locally but from afar that became a rare collection of a few privileged figures as a symbol of identity status and wealth in the local society.

By applying narrative rhetorical criticism analysis as framework and the relevant discourses of former US President Trump during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in the U.S. as the corpus, this paper explores the rhetorical motivation of the narrator from the perspective of rhetorical strategies such as personality appeal, emotion appeal and unconscious identity. The results show that the narrative rhetoric makes the audience unconsciously be framed within the cognitive frame set by the speaker, resulting in the loss of the audience's rational judgment based on the fact. The critical analysis of narrative rhetoric on crisis discourse can not only reveal the rhetorical motivation of the narrator, but also highlights the social value of narrative rhetoric criticism theory.

Based on quantitative analysis and qualitative interview, this paper explores the triggers of demotivation in college English learning of 306 college students, and discusses how to dissolve these influencing factors in teaching. The result shows that six factors, including external factors such as teacher's teaching behavior, learning environment, teaching content and course setting, as well as internal factors such as learning strategy, learning experience, and learning interest, are the important causes of motivation declination. The construction of production-oriented college English class in blended teaching, based on the theory of production-orientation, can effectively eliminate the motivation declination, cultivate learners' self-management ability and autonomous learning ability, hence to realize the virtuous cycle of teaching, learning and application.

With the rise of memory research, many scholars pay attention to the individual dimension and even the social dimension of memory. The basic function of individual memory has been emphasized, because it is not only the individual's physiological function, but also the individual's right to remember, even the foundation for the formation of social memory. However, the shift from individual memory to social memory is not a naturally occurring process, which requires the intervention of certain social memory technology. Social memory technology, represented by the construction, transformation and sharing of personal narrative, has broken through the barrier between individual memory and social memory and has been widely used in various types of social memory projects. In practice, construction, transformation and sharing, each with particular emphasis, are complementary to each other. Constructional memory focuses on the collection of individual memories, including time line, story and interview. Transformational memory focuses on the arrangement of individual memory, which mainly includes material classification and content processing. Shared memory focuses on the socialization of individual memory and eventually forms social memory, which is realized by means of memorizing materials to memorizing products and integrating into a wider social material space and virtual space.

The Yunnan section of the southern silk road is characterized by multi-culture,and its modern transformation also needs the intervention of design policies. At the micro-level, from the perspective of the design of national visual image, it condenses national symbols. At the meso-level, the tourism route is designed with the radiation of "point-line- plane" to expand the regional limitation of the traditional southern silk road. At the macro-level, we should respect different cultural forms from the perspective of cultural relativism, reflecting the rich forms of multiculturalism. Finally, the interaction of cultural products can be realized through cross-border ethnic non-governmental exchanges and modern multimedia network communication. Through the reference and localization of foreign excellent design policies, mutual learning can be realized.Through the construction of the cultural radiation belt of Yunnan section of the Southern Silk Road, we hope to realize the development path from multi culture to design symbiosis.

The expansion of online game market has caused many legal problems, among which the copyrights of the games has been gradually recognized by the practical and theoretical circles. However, it is still in dispute whether the streamers’ use of the games should be an infringement or a reasonable use. Through the analysis of game streaming, it is concluded that: streamers’ use of the games conforms to the legal value requirements of fair use system, can constitute the transformative use of game works under certain conditions, and has the legitimate reason for reasonable use; the video game streaming and the game industry form a mutually beneficial market model, and streamers’ behaviors rarely harm the interests of the industry.      Degu is the product of special social and historical conditions. After 1950s,the Yi peoplein Liangshan has been incorporated into the national system. The mediation of disputesunder the multiple orders tends to become negotiation, and the authority as well as importance of mediation itself greatly weakened. Degu has lost its social soil from which it once grew. The academic circle refers to those who mediate disputes as "Degu", and regard them as the executor of the customary law, instead of referring to those who are famous for mediating disputes and recognized by people, which is a misreading of "Degu". Except for the relationship with the word Degu's attributes of social evaluation, the wrong research methods, which are to understand traditional law with modern legal system and lack of reflection on the interactive relationship between investigators and respondents, also must be responsible for the misreading of Degu.

Students are the most direct stakeholders of educational punishment. A group of investigation and research data shows that primary and secondary school students generally support the formulation of educational punishment rules, highly support serious treatment of violators, and widely affirm the current teacher-student relationship. These survey data provide a new explanatory basis for the concept of "student-orientation" education. To implement the rules of educational punishment from the perspective of students, it is necessary to trust and respect students' will and improve the student appeal system. In order to strengthen the operability of the rules and reduce the resistance to implementation, we should further clarify the fuzzy boundary between educational punishment and corporal punishment, and issue guiding judicial cases which are conducive to strengthening the reasoning of judgment.
