Abstract: Focusing on improving the quality of training of active student applicants of party membership in colleges and universities and keeping the training work up to date，the authors present suggestions concerning quality control，organization structure and quality assessment in the process of training.We hold that effective training can be realized only by involving party committees at all levels in universities and by setting up in university party school a scientific system of teaching management，teacher training and quality control.
