论人力资源管理部门在石油企业中的重新定位

摘要: 人力资源管理在石油企业中有着无可替代的重要性,而直接执行管理的是人力资源管理部门。只有明确了人力资源管理部门在石油企业中的角色,才有利于其工作的开展,使其更好地为实现石油企业目标服务。随着社会的快速前进,现有的人力资源管理受到了多方面的挑战,人力资源管理部门必须转变战略角色,重新进行定位,从传统意义上的行政管理的角色转变为整个石油企业的战略执行伙伴的角色,为组织保持旺盛的生命力和强劲的竞争力提供人力支持。

Abstract: Human resource management has an irreplaceable importance in petroleum enterprises.Only what role of the department of human resource management should play in the oil enterprise is clearly defined can human resource management personnel better carry out their duties and better serve for the fulfillment of the target of the enterprise.With the rapid development of the society,the existing human resource management is faced with various challenges,and the department of human resource management must reposition their role,from the traditional role of administration into the strategic partner of the petroleum enterprise,in order to provide the human support for the organization to maintain its vitality and strong competitiveness.
