An Analysis of the Innovation of Enterprise Strategic Management in the Context of Supply-Side Reform

Abstract: With its economy entering the ‘New Normal’ state,China began the supply-side structural reform. The focus of macroeconomic management has been turned from the demand side to the supply side,which provides enterprises with new opportunities for development. At the same time,China put forward the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy,so that innovation has become an important driving force in the development of enterprises. Without timely strategic innovation, enterprises would have difficulty surviving in market competition. Making full use of the platform and opportunities created by the supply-side structural reform,enterprises should integrate the concept of effective supply into their strategic innovation with focuses on the starting point and the key area so as to enhance effective supply and to guide high-end demand. Through innovative construction of strategic thinking,strategic vision,strategic action and competitive strategies,enterprises can discover new ways for sustainable development under the condition of surplus economy.
