Energy is the fundamental material of human survival and production, and development of high-quality energy and new energy are indispensible parts of social development and progress. As China becomes one of the world's top-two largest economies, its demand for energy is growing. In view of status quo of China's energy distribution and consumption, and based on the considerations of energy security and new energy competition,we must carry out energy education under the concept of ecological civilization. Energy education should be people-oriented,comprehensive and lifelong, attaching importance to the combination of the whole and the part, actively exploring effective energy education paths under the guidance of the ecological civilization. We should combine community education, social education, with school education,so that energy education would be a leading element of social values, and the public's ideas and behavior habits about energy consumption could be promoted.

With its economy entering the ‘New Normal’ state,China began the supply-side structural reform. The focus of macroeconomic management has been turned from the demand side to the supply side, which provides enterprises with new opportunities for development. At the same time,China put forward the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy,so that innovation has become an important driving force in the development of enterprises. Without timely strategic innovation, enterprises would have difficulty surviving in market competition. Making full use of the platform and opportunities created by the supply-side structural reform, enterprises should integrate the concept of effective supply into their strategic innovation with focuses on the starting point and the key area so as to enhance effective supply and to guide high-end demand. Through innovative construction of strategic thinking, strategic vision, strategic action and competitive strategies, enterprises can discover new ways for sustainable development under the condition of surplus economy.

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry, the shortage of pilots is very prominent; therefore, sending student pilots for overseas training has become an unavoidable choice.According to Requirements for Overseas Flight Training of Student Pilots issued by the Flight Standards Department of Civil Aviation Administration, the qualifications of overseas schools undertaking training tasks need to be approved by the Civil Aviation Administration. They must also sign contracts with domestic air transport enterprises or domestic flight training schools and institutions before conducting the training. At present, the contract counterparts are selected through bidding before signing of such contracts. Then domestic air transport enterprises or flight training schools and institutions will negotiate with the contract counterparts on the basis of their bidding documents and sign the contracts. In order to avoid possible contract risk after signing contract, the domestic air transport enterprises or domestic flight training schools and institutions need to carry out "hierarchical monitoring, regular analysis, timely feedback and appropriate treatment".They must also take different management measures to avoid legal risks in the performance process,so as to ensure the contracts are strictly fulfilled.

At present, female college students are facing the increasingly greater risk of life, health and safety. Through the questionnaire survey, qualitative interview and the second literature analysis,we found that female college students had a preliminary understanding of the aspects related to life education:health, suicide, sexual behavior, safety and human and society relation, and they were willing to participate in life education activities. However, most of them did not relate what they learned to their life, which was the result of factors relating to themselves, family, school, community, and social systems. Now,female college students' increasing expectation of self-protection and better quality of life is setting a more prominent demand of life education. Thus it is necessary to enhance female students' life education by innovating the working methods such as carrying out case management of female college students who have encounter psychological or physical crisis, and group education according to their needs, and to further improve female college students' life education system by community education. Thus female college students' life and health quality can be improved through improved female college students' life education.

The Story of Odd Sour,a drama mainly on the theme of Zhang Zhupo's filial duty,is adapted by Li Dou,a dramatist in Qing dynasty,on the base of The Golden Lotus. As the main critics in the play,Li,who called himself master of the House of Fang Feng, interpreted the theme of the play on the basis of close text reading, examined and made improvement to the melody and rhythm, and explored the adaptation of the drama and the problem of stage effect. Li not only finished his criticism on the play as a recipient, but also actively discussed the whole production process of art from the drama adaptation to the stage. In the process of his criticism,Li examined the intention of the author, investigated the gains and losses and conveyed his aesthetic expectations in a rational way. As a practical criticism, his comments set an example to drama criticism and the construction of drama theory in the mid-term of Qing dynasty.

Conceptual blending theory proposed by Fauconnier discloses the cognitive mechanism on how human information is integrated and constructs emergent meaning. While metonymy,a fundamental way of human thinking, can provide mental access for the comprehension of conceptual entities. By making a case study on Lin Yutang's Six Chapters of a Floating Life,we explore the cognitive mechanism of hemi-classical Chinese translation from the perspectives of conceptual blending and metonymy. The analysis reveals that metonymic thinking could afford to explain the cognitive motivation of information rearrangement occurring in original information space in deconstruction of source language. The rearranged information could then partake in constructing the translation via conceptual blending process. And the translation thus constructed would inherit some metonymic characteristic, and to some degree demonstrate the fact of cognitive subject's subconscious utilization of metonymic thinking. Researches of translation process from the perspectives of conceptual blending and metonymy could reveal the cognitive selection by cognitive subject in the process of translation construction on one hand, and facilitate translation practice and translation teaching on the other.

In the history of China, the Three Kingdoms period and the Five Dynasties were times of unrest and separation, during which the North and South regimes launched a fierce competition around the Shu Roads. Through the comparative study of the battles for the Shu Roads in the Three Kingdoms period and in the Five Dynasties period,we can find that the battles are very frequent in both periods, which is rare in the history of China. The frequency of the use of the Shu Roads in the Three Kingdoms period was relatively average, while the Old Course and the Bull Road were favored most in the Five Dynasties. The battles in the Three Kingdoms period often started in one road while those in the Five Dynasties started in several roads. The main reasons are as follows:the Qin and Han Dynasties attached high importance to the construction of Shu Roads,so that the Shu Roads in Three Kingdoms period were in good condition;as the official post road in Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Old Course served well for the march of army troops in war. The Old Course in the Five Dynasties had more military advantages than in the Three Kingdoms period,as Chang'an was the base for the war against Shu in the Three Kingdoms period, while in the Five Dynasties,Fengxiang was the base.

China has witnessed the emergence of English scientific journals in colleges and universities in recent years. As it is difficult for the requests for a CN number for publication to be approved, the journals usually choose to operate their English versions overseas in cooperation with internationally well-known publishing institutions in foreign countries. These journals bring together the academic, capital and talent advantages of domestic institutions, and are expected to form an important platform for building an innovation-oriented country so as to promote the reform of academic journals in China. We suggest that China's journal management authorities should make more efforts to support these attempts by establishing a more complete management system for domestic publication of such journals. At the same time, certification and continuing education of English journal editors should also be done,so as to cultivate editorial talents specializing in academic English edition, and to speed up the process of internationalization of China's science and technology journals.
