Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has emphasized problem awareness in the practice of national governance. Xi Jinping's problem consciousness is embodied in the theoretical innovation of problem orientation,the historical consciousness of continuing problem tackling and the exploration of responses to problem in practice, and shows rich philosophical implications in three dimensions:raising problems, facing problems and solving problems. Xi Jinping's problem consciousness is the application and innovation of the basic principles of Marxism,the inheritance and development of the traditional Chinese culture,and the problem consciouness of several generations of Chinese Communists,which highlights the theoretical consciousness and method consciousness of Chinese Communists and provides basic compliance for theoretical innovation and practical development in the new era.
