HUNDRED SCHOOLS OF THOUGHT AND THEIR EXPONENTS AND UNIVERSITY IDEOLOGY AND MORAL EDUCATION

Abstract: During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods,there appeared many great thinkers,such as Confucius,Lao Zi,Mencius,and Mo Zi.They stated their views on society from different stands and angles,which are of significance at present,and which consist of very rich resources for ideology and moral education.This paper,based on an analysis of the thoughts of those great thinkers and their possible contribution to ideology and moral education,points out that an intelligent application is supposed to be an effective way of improving and enhancing ideology and moral education in universities.
