IDENTIFICATION OF CUSTOMER VALUE ON ETHANOL GASOLINE

Abstract: The promotion of ethanol gasoline plays an important role in solving the problems in energy,environment and agriculture in China′s economic and social sustainable development.Through an empirical research and analysis of customer value on ethanol gasoline,the paper summarizes four dimensions of customer value:function,price,service and overall efficiency.The author then offers specific marketing strategies such as improving technology,practicing portfolio of costs,improving services,and carrying out targeted promotion activities,which the author believes to be of help for the promotion of ethanol gasoline in the future.
