Abstract: In current land consolidation，too much attention is paid to the increase of arable land area while ecological environment protection and evaluation of ecological benefits fail to receive due attention. This paper constructs 9 ecological benefit evaluation index by studying 11 completed projects of land consolidation in Langzhong City，and makes a contrast between the evaluation of the ecological benefits before and after land consolidation with the AHP method and comparison method. According to the evaluation results，we offer some suggestions as to improving the ecological benefits of land consolidation in Langzhong: valuing the ecological recovery function of land consolidation and the healthy and harmonious development of factors related to ecological benefit，organizing land consolidation projects according to local conditions，and valuing winwin relationship between ecological benefits and economic benefits.
