Abstract: In our language experience, the world of natural object is demonstrated in our language, that is, the world is in the language. Of course, the world expressed in the language is not the natural world itself, but the conceptual one in our inner world. Only under the premise of the concept are things and words in natural phenomena possible and realistic,and the concept becomes the centre of things and words, word meaning because of the concept have natural reference and contact, and also a rational cause because of the concept. As a result of the condition of the concept, the object and the word of the natural phenomenon also must be the result of the existence of the rational subject.
