HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE:A MULTILEVEL BASED RESEARCH PERSPECTIVE

Abstract: This article reviews the recent researches of the relationship between human resources management system and enterprise performance from multilevel analysis perspectives,and a framework for studying the relationship between human resources management system and enterprise performance is built.It finally indicates that multilevel research design on human resources management system is reasonable,feasible and essential.
