Abstract: Bonus distribution in universities has a great influence on the interests and work enthusiasm of their staff and faculty.This paper discusses the guideline and orientation of bonus distribution policy in universities,suggesting emphasis on the art of rewarding and balancing.The study concludes that bonus distribution is an important embodiment of the administration ability of the school authorities.Weight given to different factors in bonus distribution may suggest emphasis of school work and school spirit.
