The variation of online catch words is of specific social character and reflects the surrealistic mentality of netizens. The popular online catch word Di has gained some variations in recent years and has converted to a structural particle with a loss of its lexical meaning. By analyzing the origin of the variation of usage of Di, and the multiple functions and usage of Di from the social linguistics and functional linguistics perspective, this paper explores online language's characteristics of being quick, interesting and amusing. Therefore，to develop renewable energy has become one of the most important strategies for a country to optimize its energy structure，improve the environment and boost the sustainable development of economy. China，with its abundant resources，good foundation and government′s support and encouragement，has provided great opportunity to develop the renewable energy. But problems are still there，involving backward technology，equipment and management，etc. This paper puts forward four ways to solve the problems. Firstly，to increase the development of renewable energy and meet China′s economicsocial demand for energy，the supporting policies and measures must be completed to create a systematically proper external environment of market. Secondly，together with the development of market demand itself，the government should be a guidance to help produce a constant and steady market demand for renewable energy. Thirdly，financing channels should be widened so that the private enterprises and foreigncapital enterprises can share the equal investing qualifications and treatments. Finally，science & technology independent innovation capability should be greatly improved as a basic platform to develop renewable energy. As a result，work capacity of E&P (short for exploration and production) reduces，positions are cut in some oil companies，and the demand for graduates majoring in petroleum shrinks. Faced with employment difficulty，college freshmen have to reconsider their interests while choosing their majors in petroleum. Besides，petroleum colleges face the difficulties of both recruit and future employment. Based on the analysis of the data concerning the above problems and the current situation，this paper makes a suggestion that if both petroleum colleges and oil companies join their hands together，a winwin solution may be found at last. Amid global economic downturn，this paper offers practical information for the theoretical study of steady development of higher education and oil industry. The lexicalization of De Xing is the fruit of grammaticalization of De and Xing:De bore the meaning of "able" in the pre-Qin era; Xing lost its lexical meaning in the Qing dynasty and began to have the modality meaning of "permission". De Xing gradually ceased to exist after its lexicalization but was reserved in Southwest Mandarin. The lexicalization of De Xing was the result of changes in the lexical meaning and syntactic environment, and the rise of frequency of use, which in fact is a transition of meaning from the objective domain to the subjective domain. Currently,the grammatical function of De Xing is still evolving,with De losing its lexical meaning and converting from a transitive word to an intransitive word and transiting from the objective domain to the subjective domain. And with the increase in the frequency of use of De Xing, its negative form Bu De Xing is likely to be lexicalized. Besides，China still does not have a strong pricing power in the international petroleum markets. This paper holds that the problems existing in the domestic petroleum product markets，including lack of long-termed development plan concerning processing enterprises，imbalance between supply and demand for petroleum products，environment-unfriendly pricing mechanism and pricing system which is always under attack from public，etc.，are mainly caused by the comparatively more serious planned but weaker market-oriented economy in domestic petroleum markets. To solve those problems, this paper suggests some countermeasures as follows: 1) Accelerate the steps of market-oriented reform in domestic petroleum product prices. 2) Establish multi-leveled and multi-layered petroleum reserve systems. 3) Restore the policy of rising prices with additives of fuel oil.
