The risk of overseas oil and gas field developing projects is increasing，and risk management of these projects is a comprehensive and complex system，which has aroused a lot of scholars’ interests. Through WSR method based on the system theory，we analyze the risk of overseas oil and gas field development projects at three levels，classify the risks of overseas oil and gas development from the dimensions of human science，cybernetics and physical dimension and establish the risk management method of overseas oil and gas field development projects，hoping to provide new ideas for avoiding risks of overseas oil and gas field development projects in the current stage，and to positively promote and strengthen risk management of overseas oil and gas field development projects.

Based on the analysis of the current management mode of oil production units adopted by Changqing Oilfield，and its development and management in the current situation，we established a corresponding evaluation index in this paper. Considering the dependency between the evaluation indices，and the difficulty in weighing determination，the method of principal component analysis was introduced to comprehensively evaluate the management efficiency of oil production units. From the actual situations of Changqing Oilfield，which has many oil production units and distribution areas，the company proposes the idea of “management based on standards”，the standards of which are the production goals and requirements according to the actual production conditions in reservoir blocks. We take a new method of evaluation based on these standards. And the oilfield company continuously strengthens the digital construction，which supports the accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation system. In the evaluation process，oil production units themselves can realize the gap between them and other units and the problems they have. Therefore，the management efficiency can be constantly improved，and management in oilfield development can be further refined.

Under the background of global warming，green development has become a new mode of economic development because of the dual pressures  international economic crisis and slow growth of domestic economy. As an important means of national macrocontrol，fiscal policy plays a very important role in promoting green development. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges that China faces in the process of green development，this paper first gives an account on China’s current fiscal support policy to green development. And then，referring to experiences of foreign fiscal policies concerning green development，the authors put forward that to promote green development，the fiscal support policy should be perfected from by means of collecting ecological tax，of increasing ecological compensation，and of setting up fund of green technology development.

Inviting tenders is one of the major means of government procurement which can effectively reduce investment cost，standardize the market economy and prevent corruption in purchasing. However，due to various reasons，abusive practices in bidding activities happen now and then. Conspired bidding is one of the problems in government procurement. Based on a summary of the forms of conspired bidding，this paper analyzes its causes from six aspects and puts forward the measures and policies for preventing conspired bidding. We hold conspired bidding can be minimized by standardizing inviting bidding notices，intensifying supervision，increasing penalties，strengthening police investigation，and by bidding through the Internet.

Farmers are the disadvantaged groups who live at the bottom of the power pyramid，especially in nations where democracy and legal system are not sound enough. Farmers cannot share the equal rights and benefits as other social strata. Their rights are exposed to violation during distribution and redistribution of social interests. With the development of market economy in China and the quickening steps of urbanization，more and more lands are expropriated from farmers. The situation becomes increasingly serious in which farmers’ rights cannot be protected and even be illegally violated. The reasons for this are manifold. They are the distorted attitude to government performance，the malfunction of village committee，and also the negative attitude of farmers，etc. To solve these problems，it is necessary to perfect relevant laws in China so that the enthusiasm for protecting land interests can be aroused in government，village committee and farmers themselves and the farmers’ land interests can be better protected.

In recent years，cases of crimes of interference with state function have been on the rise. The degree of interference violation and threatening also become more and more serious. In practice，there are many problems in conviction and sentencing，which are in urgent need to be solved. By studying the 150 cases of interference with public function happening from the year 2007 to 2011 in the district where the samples are taken，the author find out that the current law concerning crimes of interference with state function needs to be more explicit and further perfected in the following aspects: the range of the objects of the interference，the degree of violence and threatening of interference，the influence of the flaw in performing public duties on the cases and whether the judicial reconciliation can apply to crimes of interference with state function.

The Criminal Law Amendment (VIII) defines “pilferage” as independent charge，which causes the controversy among theorists and confusion in judicial practice. From the perspective of criminal law theory，“pilferage” belongs to theft. Now that there is a crime of theft in the criminal law，a crime of “pilferage” not only brings concurrence of charge to the same act，but also brings concurrence of penalty. In judicial practice，as the amount of property loss caused by “pilferage” is not clearly defined in the Criminal Law Amendment (VIII)，the amount of crime cases increases greatly，which aggravates the penalty essentially and violates the crime step theory.

When determining general tort acts，it is common practice to analyze every important component respectively，and then get the conclusion by synthesizing each component. This simple combining and adding cannot lead to a sound judgment of the nature of general tort acts，because analyzing the constitution of general tort acts from the form only doesn’t meet the requirement of dialectical unity of Marxism. Therefore，the author，starting from a specific case and investigating the tort acts from both macro and micro aspects，analyzes the constitution of general tort acts in a reversed way and finds out that the components of tort acts are not only formal factors but substantial factors. The recognition of the constitution of general tort acts cannot deviate from the accountability of tort acts.

This work is a collection of Japanese culture. The scenes，esp. “oil house” and “oil house street”，for example，reflect the unique Japanese style. The characters costumes also reflect the elements of Japanese national culture，and the language is closely connected with the Japanese cultural life. The rich Japanese culture elements contributed to the success of Spirited Away， which provides a good example for China’s animation industry absorbing traditional culture.

Reduplication takes advantage of repetition of sound，expansion of meaning，and the outstanding visual image to increase the expressive effect and appeal of language. This positive and effective rhetorical device has been widely used in animated cartoons for young children. Reduplicated words played a very important transitional role in Children’s language acquisition process. This paper tries to point out that，seen from young children’s thinking characteristics，language acquisition and acceptance，the active use of reduplicated words is an important factor for market recognition and business success of those animated cartoons.

A news headline is the punch line of a news report，whose purpose is to quickly draw readers’ attention to the body text. On the Internet，it plays a much more important role in enticing website visitors than it is in traditional media news reports. Featuring CE translation of online news headlines from the perspective of Ecotranslatology，and combining specific cases of CE translation，this paper points out that translators should take different components of the translational ecoenvironment into account and focus on threedimensional transformations (i.e. linguistic，cultural and communicative) under the guidance of“multidimensional adaptation and adaptive selection” for a translation of the highest level of“holistic adaptation and selection”.

Taking the students of a certain university in Sichuan as the research subjects，this paper studies the academic emotions of college students and relating factors by using academic emotional scale，academic selfefficacy questionnaire and questionnaire survey on achievement goal，and by making multiple regression analysis on the investigation results based on the statistic principle. We find out that at different levels of academic selfefficacy，the academic emotions of college students are obviously different. At different levels of achievement goalorientation，the positive high awakening factor and negative low awakening factor in academic emotions are obviously different. The factors of academic selfefficacy and achievement goalorientation play an important role in predicting the academic emotions of college students. This paper is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for training and exploring positive academic emotions of college students.
