The relationship between man and nature is a deeprooted problem. Since the beginning of human being，man and nature have built a relationship，which changes constantly as time goes by. From the unification at the beginning to the anthropocentricism later，man and nature are drifting apart and get caught up in the paradox of modern civilization，that is，man has been pursuing his ideal home land，but at the same time，he has ruined the environment of his own existence and development. Faced with such crisis and dilemma，human beings must reconstruct their relationship with nature and realize that man and nature can form an organic whole through the relationship of each being the subject. Establishing low carbon society and innovating development mode are the necessary choice for the current development of China and are the new way to mollify their contradictions and to harmonize the relationship between man and nature.

Mechanism of Middle Peasants Governing Village

With the strong influence of market economy and the flourishing of labor economy，village community is gradually collapsing and the endogenous rules become weak in maintaining the order of village. Governance ability of the village cadres is greatly weakened by rural taxation reform and corresponding reform of town and township system，so the village cadres is becoming more and more incapable of maintaining the order of village. In the posttaxation era，the severe differentiation of social economic status in rural areas does not result in moral decay and social turbulence，which is related to the existence and function of the rich and the middle peasants. Through the analysis and comparison of the differences in background，mechanism and the performance of village governing by middle peasants and by the rich，this paper indicates that middle peasants have more advantages in maintaining the stability of rural order，so middle peasants should be the major force of rural governance and they deserve policy support.

The elderly in especially difficult circumstances are the weakest among socially vulnerable groups. This paper’s summary of the current research findings from academic and practical workrelated government departments mainly includes the following aspects: the definition of the concept，the number of the destitute elderly，basic characteristics and living conditions, cause analysis，the significance of poverty relief and measures，and problems in rescue practice. Based on the summary，the author finally points out the existing shortcomings of all the researches and future directions for further study.

In this paper，the differences in Chinese and British college students’ employment expectation and unemployment insurance are analyzed. Chinese college
students’ employment is a kind of survival employment expectation pattern，while the British college students employment is a selfrealization employment expectation pattern. The main reason for the employment expectation difference lies in the different unemployment insurance institution. On this basis，the author presents suggestions of promoting unemployment insurance institution in China，holding that unemployment insurance institution should be designed scientifically with focus on the principle of target matching，and operability of implementation.

The “direct farm program” sets up the platform for high quality produce to enter supermarkets，integrating production and marketing under the condition of marketeconomy，realizing the winwin situation for merchants，farmers and consumers. It is generally believed in academic circles that “direct farm program” is a revolution in agriculture. But the implementation failed to take significant effect. Therefore，it is necessary to explore the causes which affect the rapid development of “direct farm” in China with consideration of the situation of agricultural product market in China. The study reveals that “direct farm” does not fit in China，and that multilevel produce distribution channels like wholesale market and neighborhood wholesale stores apply better to China’s situation.

The main problems of medical liability insurance system at present in our country are：lack of legislative guarantee and the third party mediation mechanism，imperfect medical liability insurance clauses，poor medical liability insurance products，deficient professionals for medical liability insurance development，etc. To solve these problems，we need to seek scientific methods to guarantee healthy development of medical liability insurance system. Government should establish medical liability insurance regulations and make it a compulsory requirement. The insurance companies，on the other hand，should also take measures to better medical liability insurance clauses，to provide differentiable medical liability insurance products，to accelerate cultivation of professionals who can deal with medical disputes and to establish medical risk information database. The hospitals’ responsibility is to provide high quality medical service through joint efforts of every medical department and personnel. The patients，too，should be riskconscious and buy personal accident insurance according to their own situations，so that they can be better protected by obtaining indemnity not only from medical institutions but also from accident insurance after an accident.

At present, people’s mediation of labor disputes in China runs very well. Labor disputes belong to dispute among the people，so it is necessary to establish people’s mediation system of labor disputes. When establishing this system，equal attention should be paid to all kinds of people’s meditation organizations. Members of people’s mediation committee should be selected according to mass autonomy. In dealing with labor disputes，in principle，distinctions between different mediation organizations should be allowed and at the same time negotiation options of the disputing parties approved. The conflicts between People’s Meditation Law and Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law should be appropriately solved through legislation.

Pidgin language is a kind of hybrid and peculiar language variation. As a peripheral and nonstandard language，pidgin language was often neglected and ignored. Although linguists started to make a study on this hybrid language within linguistic field from 1950s，the social value of pidgin language hasn’t been widely accepted. Pidgin language is not perfect in pronunciation，grammar and syntax，but from the economy principle of language (this paper focuses on information exchange and expression)，pidgin language plays an important role in commercial trade because of its short structure and ability to carry more information，which has inevitably made great contribution to the global economic prosperity.

Focus on form instruction is viewed as a potential solution to the dilemma in which traditional language teaching can result in limited fluency whereas communicative approaches tend to produce fluency with less accuracy. Integrating language forms into meaning-oriented communicative activity，Focus on form has become a heatedly discussed issue in the research of the second language acquisition home and abroad. This article introduces the theoretical background，especially relevant theories in cognitive psychology，and describes classifications of the instruction and highlights its possible pedagogical implementations in college English teaching. It is supposed to draw due attention of the language teachers in Chinese colleges to the instruction and to urge joint efforts for a feasible approach to a solution to the dilemma in college English teaching.
