THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OIL PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN CHINA

In this article，we do an empirical study of the relationship between oil production and oil consumption and economic growth by using vector auto regression model（VARM） on the data bases from 1978 to 2008.We also do some analysis based on the result of Granger test of causality.Both studies lead to the conclusion that there has a long-term equilibrium among the three variables.On a long term basis，the growth of real GDP is directly proportional to the growth of oil consumption and oil production.Furthermore，oil consumption has more effect on GDP than oil production.We also found that the economic growth is the Granger cause of oil consumption and production，and the oil consumption is not the Granger cause of oil production because of the limitations of production capacity.In the future China′s oil consumption will depend more on oil import.

“3S ladies” have become an increasingly prominent phenomenon in society and provoke serious thoughts by both the public and scholars.Based on Parsons′ theory of structure of social action，this paper，with the “3S lady” phenomenon as an example，studies the function of female model in analyzing female action.The authors try to interpret different marriage systems，and similarities and differences between collective and individual female from the perspective of model variables.The study is hoped to reveal the evolution logic and behavior changes in such phenomenon and to achieve an integrated viewpoint of role selection of 3S ladies.

The frequent occurrence of traffic accidents with heavy casualties in recent years triggers rethinking about the nature of the “hit-and-run” behavior of suspects of traffic crimes in both theoretic and practical fields of law.The definition of the “hit-and-run” behavior of suspects of traffic crimes is closely related to the conviction and sentencing of the crime suspects.And the definition of voluntary surrender has direct influence on the substantive human rights of the accused concerned.But differences in the sentences for similar cases in different regions have flawed the consistency of justice.Those who report to the police and wait for verdict instead of running away from the spot is fulfilling their obligation imposed by administrative law.However，seen from the perspective of criminal law，such behavior is equivalent to voluntary surrender to justice department and should be defined as voluntary surrender.

As is reflected in practice，notary organizations′ status as independent legal entities failed to play its role to the full.Some notary offices are too commercialized to guarantee the quality of their notary acts because of loose control of the supervising department，while others are too strictly restricted by the supervising department.Both cases prevent further development of notary offices.In this paper，the author studies the problems in and causes of the structural reform of notary organizations and concludes that the problems are not caused by notary organizations′ status as independent legal entities.Instead they are caused by inadequate realization of notary organizations′ status as independent legal entities.Therefore，the author suggests that notary organizations′ status as independent legal entities should be further enforced so as to contribute to healthy development of notary business and to better protect legal rights of principals in notary activities.

By means of principal components analysis，we analyze primary performance indicators of 18 enterprises，abstracting 4 principals including profit capability，operational capability，debts capability，business capability on which the performance evaluation model is established to evaluate the performance of 71 listed IT companies by using SPSS16.0.The analysis is hoped give some instructive advice for listed companies′ performance evaluation in other industries.

In this paper，the complement structure with “得” will be divided into three parts to summarize the errors from the process of Thai students′ acquisition.Second language acquisition theory is used to analyze the causes of the errors.The analysis leads to the conclusion that negative transfer of mother tongue is a main factor leading to errors，as 43．5%errors originate from negative transfer.In this paper，errors are studied from the perspective of the comparison between Thai and Chinese，mainly using the theory of “Hierarchy of Difficulty” combined with statistical analysis of errors according to a questionnaire.Thai students difficulties in the acquisition process of the complement structure with “得” is summarized.The findings will speed up acquisition of Thai students to the complement structure with “de(得)” when applied to teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.

Bilingual education has experienced ups and downs through its nearly 400 years of history in the US.Its evolution has mainly undergone the four periods of free development，restricted development，prosperous promotion and declination.Its development has been influenced by many factors such as politics，culture and immigration.Through the reflection on the development of bilingual education in the US from a historical and practical perspective，the author concludes that China should practice maintenance bilingual education and that stable language education policy and high quality bilingual teachers and text books also contribute to the healthy development of bilingual education in China.
