Oil has always been a key sector in the investment of China's enterprises in countries along the Belt and Road. China's petroleum industry is led by the major state-owned oil companies and their foreign investment is of complexity and uniqueness. Foreign investment of China's petroleum enterprises is driven by both enterprises' inner demands and the national political need as national and enterprises' interests overlap. The primary factor influencing corporates' choice of investment lies in the abundance and quality of oil reserves in the targeted countries. And they also take local political and social environment into consideration. The advantages of the oil enterprises in ownership,location and the internalization depend on government's guidance, service and support. Therefore, the petroleum enterprises should make full use of those advantages to expand oil investment cooperation with the countries along the route and achieve the integration of national and corporate interests.

The Influence Mechanism of Person-organization Fit on the Work Well-being of Enterprise Employees

Employees serve as the core factor of the sustainable development of an enterprise, whose well-being at work, therefore, is an important issue that concerns both enterprises and employees. The theoretical researches on work well-being in China, however, is still in its infancy both in numbers and in depth. A questionnaire survey was carried out and 266 valid questionnaires were obtained. The research hypothesis was verified by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that person-organization fit has positive influence on work well-being; work performance plays an intermediary role between person-organization fit and work well-being. Organizational support perception moderates the relationship between person-organization fit and workplace performance; the higher organizational support perception, the stronger the positive effect of person-organization fit on workplace performance. Therefore, to improve employee well-being, efforts should be made not only to improve the person-organization fit, but also to strengthen the organizational support for employees' work and help them improve their work performance.

Community education and community governance are closely connected, and the resource“input” through community education will turn into concept“output” in community governance. Through the analysis of community education practice in J County of Sichuan Province, we found that community education, with interests as the motive force, forms the output channel of shared concept of community through knowledge production, value production, emotion production and system production. However, as the generation of community shared concept lacks dynamics in its transformation, and in its horizontal conductivity, it is necessary to optimize the input-output channel by adjusting the community education projects, constructing the correlation points and enhancing the correlation density. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the formation of community shared concept from the perspective of community education so as to integrate community education and community governance, to promote the connection of community education and community governance objectives, and to realize the goal of co-construction, co-consultation and object sharing in community governance.

Based on the survey of the current situation of rural domestic waste pollution in Pingchang County in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the impact of rural domestic waste on the natural environment, the quality of produce and on the health of the rural residents. The data show that the main obstacles to the prevention and control of rural domestic waste pollution include rural residents' lack of environmental protection awareness, imperfect laws and regulations of environmental protection, inadequate supervision by environmental law enforcement bodies, and poor sanitation infrastructure in rural areas. We suggest publicizing the ecological civilization concept to promote rural resident's green consumption awareness; relevant laws and regulations of rural environmental protection should also be further improved, and village committees should more effectively do their duty in protecting the rural environment. To promote the construction of rural ecological civilization system, we should speed up the construction of infrastructure for environmental protection in rural areas and develop ecological agricultural economy.

The 18th Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte has always been regarded as a model of Marx's analysis of major historical events from the perspective of historical materialism. Marx applied this theory to the analysis of how Louis Bonaparte chose restoration. Besides the decisive role of material production, Marx also attributed the restoration to the joint forces of politics, ideology,the mass and individual factors.The 18th Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte reveals the dialectical nature of social development and contains the foundation of Marxist theory on history evolution, thus becoming an important stage of the development of historical materialism. Engels then developed Marx's and his own thoughts on the determining factors for history evolution into a more systematic and complete theory.

In the long process of human development, the study of human subjectivity has deepened with the development of society. In the Internet era, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought about profound social changes in life, work and thinking. In the context of artificial intelligence“human subjectivity” has not only become a research focus in the academic circle, but also the basis of human existence and development. The development of artificial intelligence is both the cave in Ali Baba story and Pandora's box in that it not only brings opportunities to the autonomy, independence, judgment and practical ability of the subject,but also inevitably challenges the subject's morality,living environment and ability. Therefore, to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of the subject in the context of artificial intelligence, we should optimize the general environment of artificial intelligence and give priority to the subjectivity status of man, especially to the integration of artificial intelligence and human subjectivity. At the same time, we should actively meet the challenges artificial intelligence development poses to human subjectivity, take the opportunities, and formulate coping strategies to promote the healthy development of man and artificial intelligence.

Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,the academic circle in China has begun researches on the value,significance and connotation of strict rule of the Party;comprehensive development of the Party under strict control;the relationship between comprehensive strict governance of the Party and Party construction in universities; the relationship between comprehensive strict governance of the Party and study of Marxist classics; the relationship between comprehensive strict governance of the Party and study of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party; the relationship between comprehensive strict governance of the Party and the ideological construction of the Party, etc.. Although the academic community has achieved fruitful results in the studies of comprehensive strict governance of the Party, it is still worthwhile to find new breakthroughs in research content, perspective and research methods in order to further promote researches in this field. Specifically, as for research content, we need to strengthen researches on the implementation of comprehensive strict party governance; in terms of research perspective, it is necessary to have a broader and more diverse vision; as for research methods, empirical and comparative approaches deserve to be more widely applied.

National Reading is China's national strategy, and children's reading is an important part of it. Public library is an important media to promote children's reading, and the supply structure of children's publications in public libraries is closely related to the reading of local children. We carried on a field investigation into the supply structure of children's publications in Chongqing Library and Sichuan Library. The analysis of children's publications reveals that a diversified and multi-language children's publications system is yet to be built, and publications about local culture are not adequate; more types of children's publications about various subjects and of various styles are needed;and children's publications don't have a clear classification system. Supply-side reforms are necessary in public libraries. Based on the analysis, we suggest that children's publications should focus on both international vision and local concern so as to cultivate our children into modern citizens, that publication classification system with clearly defined mark system be established and digital technology be employed to improve interaction in reading, and that better reading environment be built to enhancing readers' interest.
