In recent years, frequent happening of major credit crises of energy companies has become a public concern. To promote the construction of energy enterprise credit system, the National Energy Administration issued the "
Opinions on the Implementation of Credit Systems in the Energy Industry
(
2016-2020
)" and "
Trial Measures for the Administration of Credit Evaluation for Key Actors in the Energy Market
". However, due to the lack of awareness of energy enterprise credit, and inadequate legislative support in credit system in China, there exist problems like insufficient energy management mechanism, inflexible credit supervision and inadequate information coverage in the construction of energy enterprise credit system. Therefore,it is necessary to take measures in both the internal governance of enterprises and the construction of external systems and mechanisms by promoting energy enterprises' awareness of credit, establishing energy management mechanism and legislation, innovating credit supervision, and by building shared credit information system.

In recent years, the high income of China's pop stars has aroused public concern and questioning. There is an urgent need to further standardize the income distribution system in China, curbing the abnormally high income of the pop stars, and therefore maintaining social equity and justice. Marx's labor theory of value is the most basic theory guiding China's income distribution, and has important guiding significance in solving the unbalanced income distribution in China. Based on Marx's theory of labor value, this paper analyzes and summarizes problems of the abnormally high income of pop stars in the respects of composition, capital investment, product endorsement, and contract signing and concludes that the major reasons for the phenomenon are the pop stars' lack of sense of social responsibility, the abnormal market demand, and the ineffective adjustment and supervision mechanism. Finally, we propose to solve the problem from the two dimensions of culture and system. Efforts must be done first in legislation, and then in income distribution system improvement so as to adjust the income gap. Government's regulation are also necessary to prevent the negative effects of market mechanism. Education programs must be carried out to promote positive values and the external supervision must be implemented to regulate pop stars' conducts.

Mao Zedong's thoughts on military laws, an important part of Mao Zedong ideology, are reflected in his elaborations on military organization system, military discipline regulations, the principle of combat, and humanism in the trial of war criminals. The core of Mao Zedong's thoughts on military law is the Party's absolute leadership over the army. In order to implement this ideology, Mao Zedong put great importance to the political work of the army and regarded it as the "threshold of the army". Mao Zedong also emphasized the centralization of military command. His contributions to the military administrative law and military criminal law is the establishment and implementation of "three main rules of discipline and eight points for attention". Mao Zedong advocated that merits should not offset demerits to those who had military merits in history. Mao Zedong's main ideology on the law of war is the principle of self-defence and the principle of humanist treatment of prisoners of war. He also discriminated prisoners in war from war criminals and advocated severe punishment of war criminals. Mao Zedong's thoughts on military laws has deeply influenced the construction of military legal system in China and enriched the international military law.

Wang Mang's moving upward to the core of power from the lower level of the nobles, and his taking the emperor's throne without violence are closely related to the social public opinion in the late Western Han Dynasty. The severe social crisis at the end of the Western Han Dynasty fueled the public longing for a new throne, which laid a theoretical and public opinion foundation for Wang Mang taking the throne. Wang Mang's courtesy, resignation, and sympathy, created a good personal image and won him praises in and outside the imperial court, and made him a "sage" supported by people from all walks of life. Rumors on the fabricated divine signs that the throne of the Western Han Dynasty is doomed to be taken by Wang Mang "forced" him to set up the Xin regime. Public opinion guided and promoted the peaceful transition of the Western Han regime.

The semantic ranges of a technical term are not equal in different languages due to the experiential factors like cultural cognition, linguistic characteristics etc. So the translation of a technical term is a complex dynamic matching procedure between languages. Accurate translation of new technical terms is an important academic issue scientists and terminologists are concerned about. Taking semantic theory as an analytical framework and through a case study on the C-E and E-C translation of "
Shui Zi Yuan Guan Li
", we found that the semantic ranges of technical terms in a particular semantic field will experience dynamic changes along with the refinement of their definitions due to the progress of related researches. The translation of new technical terms should fully consider the previous translation and use of other related technical terms in the same semantic field, and make a balance between the preciseness of translation and the easiness of interpretation. This explains why the translation of "
Shui Zi Yuan Guan Li
" and related terms is very complex, and why it deserves more attention.

Media like television, the Internet and smart phone have exerted a profound impact on and have changed people's behavior and ways of communication. More and more scholars have realized that media literacy should be one of the necessary qualities for citizens in the 21st century. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the definition, purpose, content of media literacy, and on significance and approaches to citizen media literacy education. This paper reviews the research progress at home and abroad from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and points out that the previous researches still have shortcomings. With diversified research objectives, there is still an absence of researches on the media literacy of the elderly population and insufficient researches on the localization of media literacy theory, and there are relatively few studies on media literacy education at the level of citizen education. Therefore, future researches should concern more about diverse social groups, especially the elderly population, about the localization of media literacy theory, and also about mass media literacy education.
