Like Jinggangshan Spirit， Long March Spirit and Yan'an Spirit， the Petroleum Spirit has become an important part of the excellent national culture and the Zeitgeist in China， and has a promoting effect on carrying forward the national spirit， forming national cohesion， and on promoting the formation of college students' values. In petroleum universities， the Petroleum Spirit plays a special and important role in the work of cultural education. This paper studies the connotation of cultural education in petroleum universities， expounds the value and significance of Petroleum Spirit cultural education in petroleum universities， puts forward the specific content of cultural education in petroleum universities， and probes into the promotion of Petroleum Spirit in petroleum universities in the new era.

The ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been seriously damaged with the rapid development of China's economy. In April 2018， Xi Jinping inspected the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and presided over a symposium on further promoting the development of the economic belt. In the ecological and environmental protection of the Yangtze River Economic Belt，problems still exist. Governments actively initiate ecological and environmental protection of the economic belt， but are not actively responded by the public； local governments make efforts on their own will without strategic planning；capital investment is not adequate and compensation mechanism imperfect；regional legislation is absent and supervision of protection is misplaced. In order to achieve high quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt， we need to enhance environmental protection awareness and create the atmosphere of environmental protection， to establish interactive mechanism， coordinating the relationship between parties with various interests， to innovate financing method and improve the environmental compensation mechanism， and to realize legislation on the Yangtze River protection and promote the environmental protection supervision， so as to build a community of shared destiny of ecological environment protection in the Yangtze River Economic Belt， making efforts to build a cooperative mechanism of environmental protection of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Mergers and acquisitions are important means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In commercial practice， the success rate of mergers and acquisitions is not high. Post-merger integration of enterprises， a dynamic process aiming at optimizing the allocation of resources， faces five key issues: integration level and integration speed， cultural differences， human resources problems， and effective communication. The choice of integration level must consider the task characteristics， organizational culture characteristics and political characteristics of both sides of the merger. The speed of integration is determined by the internal and external heterogeneity of the enterprises involved in the merger and acquisition. The“ 3I Strategy” and“ IASD Model” can be adopted to bridge the cultural differences. Human resources problems should be solved by specific measures according to specific problems. Effective communication requires a detailed communication plan when the integration starts.

Geological heritage investigation and value analysis are the preliminary work for geoscience tourism. The geological heritagess of the Dadu River Gorge National Geopark are widely distributed. Reasonable classification and development protection can reduce the impact of geological disasters and human activities on geological heritages. 15 index were selected from the aspects of geological， ecological and social environment. By using AHP， coefficient of variation and minimum relative information entropy， we established the evaluation system of geological environmental bearing capacity of the Dadu River Gorge National Geopark and studied the environmental bearing capacity of the Dadu River Gorge National Geopark. It was found that the Dadu River Gorge has a good geological environmental bearing capacity， showing a spatial pattern of “ superior in the north and inferior in the south” . On this basis， we did local spatial autocorrelation analysis of environmental bearing capacity， and established a zoning method based on dual evaluation of geological heritages classification and bearing capacity. A hierarchical zoning is proposed for the development and protection of geological heritages of the geopark，dividing the geopark into compound development zone， ordinary development zone， key protection zone and strict protection zone.

Moral hazard is the moral uncertainty of the subject's actions and the uncertainty of social consequences. Moral hazard results in moral bankruptcy and social contradictions due to the attack of cultural relativism，ethical relativism and value relativism on the moral world， and the negative impact of cynicism， indifference and resentment on the perfect world. Reevaluating and reducing moral hazard is not only an important basis for evaluating the current moral situation， understanding moral problems and reconstructing the moral system，but also the need for promoting moral construction，deepening the reform and development，promoting social harmony and realizing good governance in the country. To defend and protect good morality and avoid social alienation and deterioration of human nature brought about by moral hazard， it is necessary to reshape moral rationality， unite moral consensus and build a moral community.

In May 2020, the Third Session of the 13th National People's Congress passed the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China. Although the real right part of the Civil Code has been revised and improved on the basis of the 2007 edition of the Property Law, it keeps the basic provisions on easement in the past, which will inevitably lead to misunderstanding and misjudgment in the judgment of easement disputes in future judicial practice. The reason is that the Civil Code does not clearly express the connotation and logical relationship of confrontation rules, subordination rules and indivisibility rules in easement registration, which easily leads to conflicts between easement rules. In order to eliminate the conflict and confusion among easement rules in future revision of the civil code, we should clarify the hierarchical relationship, adjustment scope and legal effect among easement registration confrontation rules,subordination rules and indivisibility rules,and clearly state and explain the corresponding provisions so as to avoid conflicts between the rules.

Extraterrestrial detention hearing can be roughly divided into inquisitorial system and adversary system. In the former system， it is the court's authority to decide on the detention hearing of the accused， while in the latter the court just carry out the detention hearing as required. Neither the legislative amendments nor the reform of hearing in China endows the procuratorial organs with the authority to investigate evidence beyond the scope of evidence submitted by both investigators and defenders. As a result， both the previous amendments and the hearing reform often fall into pure technical adjustment due to the lack of accurate positioning of the detention hearing model. In this regard， China's first task in its detention hearing reform is model repositioning， so as to establish a differential hearing system instead of focusing on verbal debates on limited cases on the basis of granting prosecutors with extensive inquiry powers.

Student satisfaction is the inherent requirement of higher education quality. Drawing on the ideas and conclusions of previous studies，we carried out an education satisfaction survey and collected data on relevant influencing factors in succession of years (2013-2018). Through the analysis of these data of student satisfaction with the postgraduate education， we found that postgraduate education satisfaction mainly involves three aspects: education support，professional education and supervisor guidance. A comparison of mean value reveals that doctor candidates show a higher satisfaction than master students. Further regression analysis reveals that urban family background and personal motivation have a positive impact on the satisfaction of master and doctor students with all aspects； the overall satisfaction of master students in science and engineering is relatively low， while the professional education and tutor guidance satisfaction of medical students is relatively high. In order to improve student satisfaction with postgraduate education， we suggest carrying out differentiated education support for postgraduate students with different family and personal backgrounds.
