水平井抽油泵泵阀实验研究

摘要: 具有多项模拟试验功能的水平井(定向井)抽油泵试验装置系统可进行直井、水平井(定向
井)抽油泵室内模拟试验,进行抽油泵泵阀结构形式、尺寸的对比试验,进行冲程损失的模拟试验和抽油泵防砂装置结构对比试验等。水平井(定向井)抽油泵泵阀的模拟试验表明,在井斜角不太大和介质粘度较低时,机械启闭阀+锥阀效果较好。但在高粘度介质大井斜角条件下,特别是在水平井条件下,机械启闭阀+拉杆带动阀效果更佳。

Abstract: This paper describes detailly a set of experimental device that has many modeling experiment function of well pump used in horizontal and directional well. This device can be used to test on pump operation situation in different working condition, such as used in vertical,horizontal and directional wells, structure type and size about pump valve,stroke loss modeling and separating sand device structure as well. The medoling experiment results of pump valve have shown that the pump valve combination of the mechanical opening and closing valve and cone valve has well pump efficient when the incline angle and liquid viscosity are less. Especally,the pump valve combination of the mechanical opening and closing valve and rod carrying valve has better efficient in the condition of horizontal well.
