自激振荡腔频率特性及腔室设计研究

摘要: 为了进一步研究自激振荡腔在石油工业中的应用,对其固有频率特性作了较为深入的研究,探讨了固有频率与相关参数之间的关系,并用实验对理论公式进行了验证;同时给出了41/2″单牙轮钻头和5″金刚石钻头的一种新型的腔室设计—带自振腔的单牙轮钻头和金刚石钻头;此外,还为实现腔内流体流动规律的计算机模拟做了一些基础性的研究工作。

Abstract: The self-excited oscillation cavity is the device that produces pulse jet. After it had been applied to the petroleum industry, great profit has been obtained. UP to now, little has been known about its structure character in order to make it work efficiently, it is necessary further research it. Therefore the characteristics of the inherent frequency and the relations with related parameters were analyzed in this paper. The theoretical formulas were verified by experiment. A new kind of cavity design method to the 4 1/2”mono-cone bit and 5”diamond bit installed the self-excited oscillation cavity were provided in this paper. At the same time, some fundamental studies for the fluid flow law and computer simulation were also accomplished.
