掺稀采油在塔河油田的应用研究

摘要:

塔河油田是中石化在西部的主产油田,该区块具有超深、超稠等特点。针对塔河油田超深层稠油油藏的特点,在对稠油特性及深井举升工艺研究基础上,结合室内掺稀降粘评价,利用多相管流计算方法分析深井稠油掺稀降粘优化设计模型,对掺稀降粘工艺在塔河油田的应用在理论上进行了深入分析和评价。现场运用表明,掺稀降粘工艺是一种适合塔河油田超深层稠油开采的主要采油工艺和增产措施。

Abstract: Tahe OilField is main oilproducing field of Sinopec in Western China. The field is characterized by ultradeep, ultraviscous and other features. Aimed at ultradeep and viscous oil reservoir′s feature in the Tahe OilField, combining blending light dropping viscosity evaluation, utilizing polyphone pipe flow calculation, on the basis of the study of high viscosity oil characteristic and deep well lifting technique, deep well highviscosity oil blending light dropping viscosity optimum design model is analyzed, the application of blending light dropping viscosity in the Tahe OilField is evaluated. Field operation indicates that blending light dropping viscosity technique is a kind of main oil recovery one and stimulation for fitting Tahe OilField ultradeep level heavy oil.
