Abstract

Abstract:

This paper has introduced a set of test device to examine the loads on teeth of the bit at different rotary speed and under high bit-weight, The design of the test device has been proved to be successful through testing. The writer has completed many kinds of tests of loads on teeth of the bit at proper rotary speed and under different bit-weight. Some laws of change in load on bit teeth under low to high bit-weight have been found by processing and analyzing a great many test data.
