Internet of vehicle(IoV), which is an important foundation of intelligent transportation system(ITS), is currently a hot research topic. Routing protocol is the core issue of the IoV research. An improved vehicle DTNs(VDTNs)routing algorithm based on multiple forwarding strategy is proposed in this paper, which is used to select a next-hop forwarding node having a higher meeting probability with destination node. We demonstrate in terms of the average transmission delay and arrival rates in our proposed algorithm are better than that of the Epidemic, Spray and Wait, Spray and Focus, and Maxprop protocols through the ONE software simulation.

In order to increase the capacity and robustness of watermarking, this paper presents a digital watermarking algorithm based on image size invariant visual cryptography. Firstly, the watermark of binary image is scrambled in order to reduce the pixel correlation. Then the low bit of carrier image is altered by using basic matrix of(2, 2)visual cryptography scheme and watermark value. Experimental results show the algorithm has better robustness performance under image processing attack. The method is accomplished easily and the embedded data is larger. It is a simple and reliable watermarking algorithm.

Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the quality grades of 30 batches of San-huang tablets from diverse commercial brands. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrum fingerprint and infrared spectrum fingerprint were developed for the measurement of Sanhuang tablets. To evaluate the quality of the drug samples, SL, ML and α values were computed for each analytical method, and the integrated SL, ML and α values were also calculated by taking the average value of the above-established method. Results: Most of the samples were qualified(quality grade≤5)after the use of integrated method. Conclusion: Any detection method is single and onesided, and could not overall characterize the tested samples, which reminds us that it is essential to adopt multi-approaches to disclose the quality information of traditional Chinese medicine and herbal preparations. The strategy proposed in this study provides a simple, fast, comprehensive and objective approach for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine and herbal preparations from both the qualitative and quantitative aspects, in the case that complex components are not yet completely separated.

Using the Molecular Dynamics Simulation method, the dynamic structural stability and conformational flexibility of cysteine protease TsCL-1 from Cysticercus cellulose have been investigated. The results indicate that TsCL- 1 contains an overall structural stability during the simulation. The results also indicate that the structural core of TsCL- 1 shows a small fluctuation amplitude, whereas most of the surface- exposed loops and the substrate binding sites experience significant conformational fluctuations and exhibit a highly structural flexibility. The results of this article will provide a solid basis for further studying the relationship between dynamic structural features and functions of TsCL-1.

To explain effects of rare and endangered primates on plant community structure, we analyzed the impact of the blackand-white snub-nosed monkey(Rhinopithecus bieti)on forest structure by comparing plant communities in an existing Rhinopithecus bieti habitat in Longma Mountain(Mt. Yongma)and an historical suitable habitat in Tianzi Mountain(Mt. Tianzi). We collected plant community data in both sites using sampling methods from January 1th to 15th in 2014. Results showed that in the existing habitat of Mt.Yongma, hemlock trees had lower heights and larger crowns(t = 2.60, df = 236, P = 0.01; t = 10.49, df = 236, P < 0.001), Pinus armandi had larger crown(t = 7.46, df = 190, P < 0.001), and other tree species had lower heights and smaller diameter at breast height(t = 7.19, df = 527, P < 0.001; t = 4.11, df = 527, P < 0.001). Shrubs showed lower height and smaller coverage, while herbs also had lower height in the existing habitat than in the historical suitable habitat(Z = 4.78, P < 0.001; Z = 6.24, P < 0.001; Z = 3.71,P < 0.001). No significant differences were found in the diversity index, the Pielou index and the value of importance of plants. These findings confirmed the impact of black-and-white snub-nosed monkeys on vegetation structure and its role in the process of ecology succession. However, Rhinophitecus bieti's impact on plant diversity was not obvious.

Bibliometric method was used to retrieve the related literature of the bio- Ganoderma lucidum model. Data from 1990 to 2015 were collected, and the literature sources, research institutions, research directions and support foundations from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed. The results showed that overall quantity of the articles is on the rise, among which the domestic annual publication number rising trend is relatively smooth, whereas the foreign annual publication number has been increasing obviously. This indicates that Ganoderma lucidum has become a hot research topic between 1990 and 2015. The literature analysis from 2011 to 2015 indicates that the domestic literature sources are mainly located in the Ganoderma lucidum origin, and the top three international literature sources are Chinese mainland, the United States and China Taiwan; Ganoderma lucidum research focuses on two aspects: one is the separation of extracts, the nature of active ingredients, structure, medicinal efficacy and pharmacological effects of basic research, and the other is cultivation, industrial chain quality control and other basic research applications. In recent years, biochemical molecular biology research also occupy a large proportion worldwide.

Explaining the main view of the symbol interaction theory, this article points out that there are two kinds of symbols included in the national sports tourism: one is materialized symbols as inheriting carrier of the significance, and the other is "ideographic attitude" and "language". Four different types of role orientations were classified from the perspectives of the tourism residents and tourists respectively. Based on this, the content and the way of the interaction between subject and object in different role orientations were analyzed one by one. It is proposed that the residents should break through the shackles of the traditional role orientation in national sports tourism, pay attention to the collection and interpretation of the tourists' signs, adjust their interactive mode in time according to the role orientation of tourists, and transmit their own symbol information to the tourists timely and effectively to help them eliminate misgivings and prejudices in order to create a good image of sports tourism.
