    Weighted Expected Semantic Distance Based on Outlier Detection of Uncertain Classification Data

    Outlier detection of uncertain data can detect objects that are different from most objects from an indeterminate data set.
    The distance between objects is measured by the expected semantic distance, and the weighted expectation semantic distance
    calculation method is proposed. The attribute weighting fully reflects the different contribution of the attribute in the expected semantic
    distance metric, thus improving the application- driven and effective detection of abnormal point detection results. The algorithm
    performs abnormal point detection in the classified data set, which can avoid the inaccuracy of the detection result when the normal
    abnormal point detection method does not consider the difference between the objects in the database. The experimental results show
    that the weighted expected semantic distance anomaly detection method in the classification data overcomes the shortcomings of the
    traditional distance metric in the anomaly detection algorithm and optimizes the performance of the algorithm.

    Dynamic programming is one of the most popular methods in bioinformatics. Many bioinformatics problems, such as
    sequence comparison, gene recognition, protein sequence rearrangement, and protein structure and function analysis, can be solved by
    dynamic programming, but dynamic programming consumes too much time, so it is generally used to solve double sequence alignment
    problems. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of sequence alignment and combining with the idea of dynamic programming
    method, the homologous DNA double sequence alignment using dynamic programming method is realized. The specific process of
    comparison is given, and the implementation steps of the algorithm are listed.

    The standard particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)is widely used in bird foraging research. It is a group intelligence
    algorithm, but it has the disadvantages of premature convergence and low convergence precision. To further improve the performance
    and extension practicability of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm is an urgent problem in need to be solved. In
    response to the above shortcomings, by simulating the three types of circles that human access information, i. e. "neighborhood circle",
    "friend circle" and "media", the present research has improved the standard particle swarm algorithm in two ways. On the one hand,
    the information exchange between particles is enhanced through weighted averaging of the particle position of the "neighborhood
    circle". On the other hand, by grouping the particles according to the "friend circle", and making full use of the search ability of
    "experienced" particles, the algorithm is better improved. In addition, the two-dimensional Girewank function, Rosenbrock function
    and Schwefel function are used as test functions to compare the improved algorithm with the standard PSO algorithm, which proves the
    superiority of the improved algorithm.

    Cross-border retail is the key to Sino-Thai trade, but the traditional shopping experience using RFID tag recognition and
    manual inquiry mode is not satisfactory. Therefore, the use of machine vision-based commodity identification method to build an
    artificial intelligence retail e-commerce system of "Internet + cross-border trade" has important application value for promoting the
    regional economic development of the China-Thailand "Belt and Road". Based on the research of image classification and recognition
    technology and convolution neural network, this paper proposes an Inception-Thai neural network model on the basis of Inception-V3
    framework parameter transfer learning for Thai commodity recognition, which can avoid over-fitting in a small number of samples. The
    experimental results on seven types of Thai merchandise image datasets show that the model has a high ability to extract deep-seated
    features of images, and the classification confidence of merchandise recognition can reach 83% to 98%, which achieves a high
    accuracy.

    Whispering gallery mode fiber laser driven by evanescent wave is used to tie two fibers with different diameters parallel
    along their axes to form a pair of coupled asymmetric cylindrical microcavities. According to the Wiener effect, only when both cavities
    are resonant at a certain frequency can laser radiation occur, and the free spectrum of the coupled asymmetric microcavities will be
    expanded a lot and thereby the single mode laser radiation is realized. By changing the size of the coupled asymmetric microcavity, the
    single-mode laser radiation under different conditions is obtained, and the coupling efficiency of the coupled asymmetric microcavity is
    studied. The experimental results show that the coupling efficiency of the asymmetric microcavity composed of small and medium
    diameter fibers and small diameter difference fibers is high.

    With the development of science and technology, analyses of geological, biological, environmental samples often requires
    the determination of mg/L, μg/L or ng/L levels of trace and ultra-trace elements. Due to instrument sensitivity and sample matrix
    interference, many analytical instruments often encounter difficulties in determining trace or ultra-trace components in these complex
    matrix samples, and it is even impossible to achieve accurate measurements. So, separation and pre-concentration techniques are very
    important for analytical chemistry and are often used to improve the sensitivity and selectivity of instruments and analytical methods.
    The purpose of this paper is to review the new applications of separation and pre - concentration techniques in UV- vis
    spectrophotometric determination of metal elements, including the applications of liquid phase micro-extraction and solid phase microextraction.

    Objective: The dual-index sequence analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to compare and analyze the
    infrared fingerprints of Periplaneta americana of different manufacturers, and the consistency of the quality of the medicinal materials
    was evaluated. Methods: The sample were detected by Fourier infrared spectrometer, and data were analyzed by clustering. At the
    same time, two indexes, the common peak ratio and the variation peak ratio, were used to establish different dual-index sequence
    analysis methods according to the order of the common peak ratio. Results: The main components of the 20 batches of Periplaneta
    americana were not significantly different. The main differences were from the harvest time of the medicinal materials and the breeding
    conditions of the plants; and the results of infrared clustering were consistent with the results of the dual-index sequence analysis.
    Conclusion: The method has good precision, repeatability and stability. The infrared spectral fingerprint combined with cluster
    analysis or dual-index sequence method can quickly and non-destructively evaluate the quality of the Periplaneta americana materials
    in different places.

    Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yanfeishu
    compound mixture and its quality control. Methods: The compound mixture was made from traditional Chinese medicine, such as Flos
    Lonicerae, Forsythia suspensa, and Radix Scutellariae. HPLC was used. Mobile phase: methanol(B)-2% glacial acetic acid aqueous
    (D), column: Waters Symmetry -C18(5 μm, 4.6 mm× 150 mm), linear gradient elution [0.0-7.5 min, B-D(20:80)→ B-D(70:
    30)], flow rate: 1.00 mL/min, column temperature: 30 ℃. Using wavelength switching, the detection wavelength of chlorogenic acid was
    327 nm, and the detection wavelength of baicalin was 274 nm. Results: The compound mixture of Yanfeishu was brown clear liquid.
    The linear range of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 0.019-0.750 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) and 0.032-1.280 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),
    respectively, and the average recovery rate(n=6)was 97.7%(RSD=1.69%)and 99.6%(RSD=0.88%). Conclusion: The preparation
    process of this preparation is simple and convenient. The method is proved to be simple, rapid, economical, reliable and suitable for the
    quality control of compound mixture of Yanfeishu traditional Chinese medicine.

    The paper deals with two new species of the family Agelenidae and the genus Draconarius Ovtchinnikov, 1999:
    Draconarius paululus sp. nov. and Draconarius risusus sp. nov., from southwest China. The genital organs indicate that they both belong
    to the D. aspinatus-group. The DNA sequence data of cytochrome oxidase subunit I(COI)gene fragment(standard DNA barcodes)
    of D. risusus sp. nov. are also provided. It is unambiguously distinguished from 13 known species of Draconarius based on Kimura
    2-parameter(k2p)distances: intraspecific distances range from 0.0%~0.4%; interspecific distances range from 7.1%~20.4%.

    It is important to estimate forest coverage for forest management and conservation in a certain region. However, forests in
    China are mainly distributed in remote and mountainous regions. It is costly to investigate forest coverage due to the complex
    topography. In this study, we developed a cost-effective approach to estimating forest coverage based on free high-resolution images in
    Google Earth and applied this approach in Yunnan Province, which is a mountainous region. According to the interpretation of 42 880
    sample plots based on Google Earth, from 2013 to 2015, forest coverage rate is 51.3%(95% CI:50.8%-51.8%)in Yunnan, and dense
    forest coverage rate is 27.3%(95% CI:26.8%-27.8%). Through the analysis of 1 000 times of return samplings under different sample
    sizes, the relationship between the estimation accuracy of forest coverage and the sample size is a power function . The precision of
    estimated forest cover rate showed a power law dependence on sample size. If the sample size is higher than 20 000, the precision
    would be improved to 1%. As the results indicate, it is feasible and cost-efficient to measure forest coverage rate in mountainous region
    based on visual interpretation of sample plots on Google Earth.

    Objective: To explore the species diversity, enzymatic characteristic and antibacterial activity of actinomycetes in Hehua
    Hot Spring and obtain some bioactive strains for further studies. Methods: The actinomycetes were isolated and purified by plate
    dilution coating method and streak separation method, identified by morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular biological
    methods, and screened for enzymatic characteristic and antibacterial activity. Results: A total of 60 strains of actinomycetes were
    isolated from Hehua Hot Spring, including of 51 strains of Streptomyces, 8 strains of Micromonospora, and 1 strain of Nomuraea. Among
    these strains, 38.33% of the strains showed enzyme production characteristics, and 8 strains showed antibacterial activity against at
    least one pathogen. Conclusion: Hehua Hot Spring is rich in actinomycetes, and many strains have good biological activity, which
    deserves for further study.

    Focal Adhesion is a multi protein aggregate linked by extracellular matrix and cytoskeleton, forming the pseudopodium for
    cell migrations. Microfilaments play an important role in cell adhesion, spreading, movement, endocytosis, cell division and many other
    cell functions. This paper studies the cytoskeleton system of C3H10T1/2 cells through analyzing the correlation between Focal
    Adhesion and microfilaments and cell areas based on ZEN, ImageJ and SPSS. The results show the significant correlation between the
    number of Focal Adhesion and total length of microfilaments, of the area of the plaque and the number of Focal Adhesion, and of the
    cell area and the number of focal Adhesion.

    Through the tissue culture of Rhododendron edgeworthii Hook. f. seedlings, the sterilization method and proliferation
    culture formula of it were explored to establish the tissue culture system. The results shows that, the contamination rate of
    Rhododendron edgeworthii Hook. f. was 7.5% when they were sterilized in 8 min treatment under 0.1% HgCl2; the bud induction
    coefficient of Rhododendron edgeworthii Hook. f. was the highest, reaching 5.20, when the concentration of TDZ was 0.3 mg/L and the
    concentration of IBA was 0.5 mg/L; the bud differentiation coefficient of Rhododendron edgeworthii Hook. f. was the highest, reaching
    13.00, when the concentration of TDZ was 0.5 mg/L and the concentration of IBA was 0.05 mg/L; when the concentration of KT was
    0.8 mg/L, the concentration of IBA was 0.08 mg/L, and the concentration of GA3 was 0.2 mg/L, the growth rate of the rhododendrons
    was the highest, reaching 96.00%.

    To investigate the growth and development of body fat in Nu ethnic students aged 7-17 years old in Yunnan province, a
    differential analysis was performed on the development of skinfold thickness of triceps, subscapular and abdomen of 358 students aged
    7 to 17 years old(including 193 male students and 165 female students). The results shows that the skinfold thickness was the largest
    in triceps. In the growth speed, they have different sensitive and rapid growth periods; in body composition, the fat content of Nu girls is
    higher than that of boys, and the overall composition of male and female body is slightly low; the subcutaneous fat of male and female
    students of the Nu ethnic group is different from that of Han students, and they are comparatively leaner.

    Using literature, test and interview methods and based on a large amount of related literature on physical health tests and
    correlations between BMI and physical fitness, the height, weight and vital capacity of 400 Bai college students in Dali University were
    measured, and the BMI values were calculated. Through the statistics and treatment of BMI and vital capacity, we try to find out the
    correlation between the two indicators, so as to guide the Bai college students to maintain proper weight, enhance physical fitness, and

    This paper investigates the status quo and countermeasures of rural primary and secondary school sports in concentrated
    distressed areas in Yunnan Province by means of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and analysis methods. The survey found
    that rural primary and secondary school sports in these areas generally have problems such as "fake curriculum" of physical education,
    lack of teaching quality management, formalization of major classes, lack of extracurricular sports activities, no extracurricular sports
    and weak guarantee of basic sports conditions. It is believed that the standards and norms of sports work should be formulated for the
    rural primary and secondary schools in these areas, connotative and intensive development should be taken, the management of
    development goals should be well-arranged, the local sports resources should be fully developed and utilized, the leadership on sports
    work of primary and secondary school headmasters should be improved, and the dynamic supervision of school sports development
    should be strengthened, so as to actively achieve development through the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in
    Yunnan Province.
