A part of Mongolian people settled in Yunnan due to military migration in history. In the process of their integration with
the local ethnic minorities in Yunnan, the traditional nomadic culture was adapted to the natural environment and the human
environment. In different historical periods, Yunnanese Mongolian formed different cultural adaptation patterns; and in different social
fields, they used different cultural adaptation attitudes and strategies. Comparing Mongolian people in Yunnan and those in other
regions, the results of the cultural adaptation and the special patterns of cultural changes of Yunnanese Mongolian can be shown. An
exploration of the adaptation of Yunnanese Mongolian culture and the adjustment of ethnic relations can provide evidence for the
harmonious development of ethnic groups.

In the humanities and social sciences, religions and ethnicities are often included in the same research category, and the
interaction between the two has become a common concern of Chinese and foreign academic circles. In the past 20 years, i.e. from 1999
to 2018, Chinese and English core journals have published more than 2 000 papers in this field. Faced with a large amount of literature
over a large time span, applying visualization tools to present relevant research in a panoramic manner is one of the feasible review
methods. In order to understand the current situation of the interaction between religious identity and ethnic identity at home and
abroad, and to sort out the history, development context and frontier hotspots of research, this paper uses Citespace to analyze and
visualize various indicators in the citation space of all important journal articles in the past 20 years. Relevant data are obtained and
analyzed, which reveals the general status of the research field.

This research studies the realization patterns of negation in Niujie Bai dialect under the theoretic framework of systemic
functional typology. Our study holds that there are language typology features of academic value in Niujie dialect in the following four
aspects. Firstly, along the word-grammar cline, there are at least two ways to realize the meaning of negation in Niujie Bai dialect.
Secondly, the realization of negation is in relatedness with Modality in Niujie Bai dialect. Thirdly, negative words can mark tense and
modality in Niujie Bai dialect. Finally, duplicate negatives are found in Niujie Bai dialect.

With the implementation of the strategy of the "Overseas Promotion of Chinese Culture", more and more attentions have
been paid to the translation of ethnic cultural classics. Bai nationality has a long and splendid history and culture, but the translation of
its cultural classics has not received enough attention. From the perspective of domestication and foreignization, this paper discusses
the English translation strategy of Bai's creation myth The Origin of Man and Everything. It is pointed out that foreignization strategy is
a more appropriate translation strategy for the translation of ethnic cultural classics. Specifically, transliteration, transliteration plus
explanation, literal translation, literal translation plus explanation can be adopted. The translated language should keep the original
flavor of the source language culture as much as possible so that the target readers can move closer to the source language culture as
much as possible.

Philip Lewis' "abusive translation" is an essential concept in the development of western translation theories. It fights
against the traditional usage value that favors transparency and fluency and turns to an abusive play of the original language to embrace
foreign features and connotative uncertainty. Its translating procedures can be exemplified from different translation units—
punctuations, words, phrases, and discourses, as arrayed in a hierarchical order. Abusive translation is furthered and forwarded by
Venuti's theory on foreignization and the deconstruction theories. Faced with critical doubts, the "abuse" concept of translation selfjustifies
persuasively on target reception, translator's operation and the goal of translation. It is concluded that abusive translation, a
highly instructive strategy for the translator's practices, symbolizes an unprecedented inquiry of translation in its very essence.

Studies on labor education in the new era plays an important role in cultivating high-quality talents with all-round
development of moral, intellectual, and artistic work. College students' weak labor consciousness and inability reflects the deficiency of
labor education. Through analyzing the connotation of labor education in the new era, this article points out that labor education is the
anchor point of a systematic and healthy educational system, the key to the promotion of the healthy growth of students in the new era,
and also the core of Marxist concept of labor. Based on this research, an agricultural labor education mode is proposed to improve
college students' national identification; simple production activities are explored to facilitate students' social bonds; campus labor
activities are carried out to enrich forms of education practices; and public works are encouraged to promote students' abilities in social
service.

Using Citespace 5.5.R2 visual analysis software, taking the relevant literature in CNKI as a sample, this study draws a
knowledge map of co-occurring keywords, and analyzes the research hotspots, research progress and development trends of ideological
and political courses in colleges and universities in the past three years. The research found that: as a new and a hot star in the field of
education research, ideological and political issues are mainly studied from the perspective of pedagogy and ideological and political
education; the research hotspots are reflected in teaching reform, ideological and political courses, ideological and political education,
and ethics; the course has undergone a deepening research process from basic theoretical research to practical applied research, and it is
an importance trend in curriculum ideology and politics research to strengthen ideological and political theory courses through constant
improvement and to promote collaborative education through the courses. The quality of the existing research is not satisfactory, mainly
because of the shortage of a relatively stable and mature group of researchers, and the lack of the studies on "hot" phenomenon.

It is a mature thought in Chinese traditional society that the ruling class should apply the law flexibly according to the
needs of realistic politics. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han（汉武帝）, in order to assuage the social problems caused by the
"noninterference governance" in the early Han Dynasty, aggressive measures against imperial, wealthy and aristocratic clans had been
adopted to ensure the social stability and autocratic royalty. The Legalism thoughts and the system of civil officials were the ideological
basis of severe legal punishments and the guarantee of personnel system. However, in later period of Emperor Wu, drastic changes in
the official system had veered the ruling conceptions to a new direction, which finally made the integration of Confucianism and
Legalism as the route of traditional Chinese laws.

Inordertoexplorethecorrelationsamongcollegeteacher-studentrelationship,students'inferioritycomplexand interpersonal
security, 312 college students were tested with Teacher Support Questionnaire, Inferiority Questionnaire and Interpersonal Safety
Questionnaire. The results show that the three dimensions of the teacher-student relationship questionnaire have significant negative
correlations with inferiority and interpersonal security; there is a significant positive correlation between inferiority and interpersonal
security. Regression analysis shows that college students' interpersonal security and inferiority have significant regression effects on
teacher-student relationships. It is concluded that interpersonal security and inferiority have a significant negative predictive effect on
the relationship between college students and teachers, and interpersonal security plays a mediating role between university students'
inferiority and the relationship between teachers and students.

In order to explore the impact of different levels of gratitude on the arousal of positive emotions and moral judgment
standards, this study uses questionnaires regarding gratitude（GRAT）and emotion（PANS）, together with behavior recall paradigms,
to compare the intensity of positive emotions and moral judgment standards of different individuals. It was found that individuals with a
high level of gratitude were more likely to have positive emotions, and being in a state of positive emotions would make participants'
judgments more moral and more tolerant. Gratitude traits affect the role of positive emotions. Individuals with low levels of gratitude are
more likely to be affected by positive emotions. The results support the dual processing theory of moral judgments and provide a certain
reference value for the moral education and intervention of college students.

Since the initiation of "Belt and Road", Chinese scholars have been conducting multi-dimensional researches on crosscultural
adaptation of the international students from different countries and in different regions. The present researches are featured by
applying the western theoretical conceptions and the instruments in their discussion of related problems. This paper comes up with five
perspectives for future research, namely the forming of a general concept framework of Chinese culture, the adaption of the Chinese
regional culture, the construction of the mechanism of cross-cultural adaptation, the function of cultural commonalities in cultural

The study records Indian students' spoken Chinese with Chinese Phonetic System as the recording material, and finds out
the errors of initials, finals and tones that Indian students made by the tagging analysis. Then, questionnaire surveys and interviews are
conducted among teachers and students to explore the causes of Chinese phonetic errors of Indian students, and solutions are proposed.
It is found that Indian students' Chinese phonetic errors share some similarities and some obvious differences with their counterparts
from Thailand in the same latitude. One of the prominent reasons for these errors is the negative transfer from Indian multi-lingual
environment.

The academic status of foreign students has always been an important problem that puzzles the foreign students and their
educational managers. In recent years, fruitful research results have been achieved on the academic problems of foreign students at
home and abroad, and the quantity and quality of research have been improved. At present, due to the influence of cultural adaptation,
language limitation, learning foundation, learning ability, learning attitude and learning process, there are still some problems such as
poor learning status, polarization of academic status, poor academic performance, large fluctuation of curriculum adoption, insufficient

Rural e-commerce, as an important driving force for promoting the rural economic transformation and increasing the speed
and efficiency, is crucial to solving the "three rural issues". Farmers' willingness has become a prerequisite for the development of
rural e-commerce. Using empirical survey data and the Logistic-ISM method, this study identifies significant factors that affect
farmers' willingness to adopt e-commerce in rural areas, and the logical hierarchical relationship among all factors was analyzed on
this basis. It is a feasible strategy to actively guide and publicize rural e-commerce through various media, to strengthen the
practicality and operability of rural e-commerce technologies and platforms, to improve the degree of organization of farmers and
increase training efforts.

The distribution consensus technology of blockchain has important application value in improving the development
bottlenecks of fresh e-commerce, such as product information sharing and logistics transaction information transparency. Therefore, it
firstly summarizes the development and research situation of blockchain technology, and introduces the typical technologies of
blockchain, pointing out that the integration of blockchain technology into the traditional field has already had technological supports.
Based on the current situation of fresh e-commerce supply chain management, the significant problems in the management are
summarized from four aspects: trading entity, nodal enterprise, core enterprise and the overall link of the supply chain. Then, the paper
expounds the application value of fresh e-commerce blockchain platform, points out that fresh e-commerce blockchain platform is
alliance chain, and designs the system framework of fresh e-commerce blockchain platform according to the blockchain technology
framework. Finally, the application strategy is put forward to solve the significant problems in fresh e-commerce supply chain
management.
