    The adjustment model based on total least squares is superior to the ordinary least squares when coefficient matrix and
    observation vector include errors. Singular value decomposition method and Euler-Lagrange approximation algorithm are two
    commonly used regression parameter estimation methods for total least squares, but its derivation process involves Eckart-Young-
    Mirsky matrix approximation theory, which is complicated and difficult to understand, making many learners feel unacceptable, which
    limits its application. Therefore, this paper introduces a new iterative algorithm for regression parameter estimation. The theoretical
    basis is rigorous and sufficient, the derivation process is clear and easy to understand, and the specific calculation is also easy to
    program. Practical examples are used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The test results show that the linear
    regression model obtained by the algorithm has a good fitting effect.

    Insects in the wetlands of Erhai Lake are small and difficult to identify. In order to improve the efficiency of intelligent
    insect data processing and classification, an intelligent insect identification method was designed for the Erhai Lake wetland insects.
    The method realizes insect image classification learning through SVM-AdaBoost machine learning model. Based on IOS mobile
    platform, this paper adopts MVC(Model View Controller)design pattern and uses Swift language to realize the functions of insect
    image acquisition, display, recognition and so on. The real-time performance test shows that the method has good reliability and meets
    the real-time requirement of intelligence. Through the evaluation of insect image recognition, the result shows that the algorithm can
    recognizewetlandmicro-insectsintelligently.Itsrecognitionaccuracyandcallbackratereached 92%,andtheaccuracyratereached 91%.

    In order to solve over-centralized distribution, low credibility and other problems in the rating of e-commerce websites,
    this paper proposed an emotional analysis based on the content of comments. Namely, feature words and emotional words were
    extracted to establish the feature vector of the comments and calculate the emotional tendency. On this basis, the original ratings were
    corrected to obtain the rating better reflecting the real thoughts of users so as to improve the recommendation accuracy of the
    recommendation system.

    Under the background of "Internet+ Education", the TPACK model is studied, and the three elements of the model are
    reconstructed into TCK, TPK and PCK, i.e. teachers′ information teaching ability. This paper reconstructs teaching from three aspects:
    teaching mode, teaching resources and teaching strategies, and designs a ubiquitous mobile teaching mode based on TPACK model.
    Using "Programming Basics" as a practical course, using Rain Classroom wisdom teaching tools to collect and display data, and after

     In view of the highly complex nonlinear characteristics of the gasoline engine dynamics system, the Chaos-RS-RBF
    algorithm is proposed to identify the dynamic parameters of the oil film. On the basis of judging the chaos characteristics of the engine
    dynamics system, the inherently complex nonlinear characteristics are restored through the phase space reconstruction technology to
    obtain a multi-dimensional state space time series, and a large number of redundancies are removed using rough sets(RS). Finally, the
    RBF algorithm is used to identify the multi-dimensional state space time series to obtain the oil film dynamic parameter identification
    value. The simulation results show that compared with the least square method and RBF neural network, the Chaos-RS-RBF model has
    higher accuracy and has a good reference for practical engineering applications.

    Objective: To prepare polyamino acid micelles with functional groups and appropriate particle size by a simple and
    efficient method. Methods: Using Lys(Z)-NCA and Gly-NCA as raw materials, a series of glycine-lysine copolymers Poly[KmGn]with
    side-chain containing amino were prepared by ring-opening polymerization of NCA. The structure of the product was analyzed by
    nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR). The morphology, particle size and distribution of the synthesized poly(amino acid)copolymer
    were studied by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and dynamic light scattering(DLS). Results: The synthesized polyamino
    acid copolymers were in accordance with the molecular design. Different polyamino acid copolymers could be self-assembled into
    spherical micelles with particle size of less than 200 nm and a uniform particle size distribution, and the particle size of the micelles
    changed with the composition and content of polyamino acid monomers. Conclusion: A series of polyamino acid nano-micelles have
    been prepared successfully, and the particle size of the micelles can be adjusted by changing the molecular composition of polyamino acid.

     Objective: To understand the effects of vegetation type, elevation and season on the minimum trapping effort(MTE)required for infrared camera, i.e. the duration of the monitoring. Methods: This camera trap study was located in the Lanping Yunling Provincial Nature Reserves at the elevation of 3 400 m and the vegetation types of shrubs, constant/lost mixed forest, the coniferous forests and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, and the vegetation type of constant/lost mixed forest and the elevation of 3 100,3 400, 3 700 m respectively. Results: During the 1-year monitoring period, the cumulative effective shooting was 3 785 d, and 508
    independentphotograph(IP)wereobtained.Amongthevegetation typesand elevations,onlytheshrub an the highestelevation(3 700 m)
    camera trap reached the MTE. The species diversity of the vegetation types(Sørenson Index: S Max = 47.62%, S Min = 25.00%)and altitude
    (Sørenson Index: S Max = 50.00%, S Min = 17.65%)were lower. All camera sites: The number of species, IP account and accumulation rate
    during the rainy season were higher than the dry season, and the similarity of species diversity in the rain/dry season was only 43.14%.
    Conclusion: In the species diversity monitoring study, the monitoring duration can be reasonably reduced at the shrub and high-
    altitude sites, but in general, the monitoring period should be no less than 1 year, and the rainy and dry seasons should be included.
    More vegetation types should be covered and altitude resolution should be increased.

    Transboundary conservation has profound significance for the biodiversity conservation in the boundary, and is becoming a
    hot topic in the development and study of reserve network. In recent years, studies on transboundary conservation in foreign are
    becoming more and more mature, and the studies in China have also been improved. However, the concepts of different transboundary
    types have been confused, and studies on trans-region cooperative conservation within the country is often ignored. First of all, this
    study defines the concept of different transboundary cooperative conservation. Bibliometric analysis is used to analyze the trend of
    transboundary study on environment or resources, and then statistical analysis is conducted on the numbers of trans-region reserves
    and mutual-adjacent district boundary reserves in China. The results show that the study and cooperation of trans-region conservation
    are rare in China, but trans-region reserves and mutual-adjacent district boundary reserves are common, and the demand for the
    cooperation of trans-region conservation is strong. Finally, this study puts forward proposals on the study and cooperation of transregion
    conservation in response to establish natural reserve system with national park as the main body, and is committed to meet the
    needs of ecological civilization construction and sustainable development strategy in China.

    With literature review and logical analysis, this paper explains the connotation of sports and leisure featured towns, the
    notion of "five development concepts" and their value coupling, and analyzes the opportunities, difficulties and development paths in the
    development of such towns. This paper holds: the development of sports and leisure featured towns in China is facing the opportunities of
    increasing national prosperity, fitness awareness, government support and active social responses, but there are also difficulties such as
    serious shortage of sports industry talents, planning layout disorder and blind copy, large capital investment and long return period, etc.

    In order to better promote the modern inheritance and innovative development of traditional sports activities in China, this
    paper takes the domestication and fishing of osprey in Erhai region of Dali as the main research object. Through literature research,
    field visits and interviews, etc., from the perspective of cultural revival and cultural reproduction, this paper analyzes the process of the
    reproduction of Dali Erhai domesticated osprey fishing culture to achieve its contemporary revival. This paper discusses how the
    thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of the holding group in the historical changes of the domestication and fishing of the Erhai osprey, and
    how to form the impetus and effective mechanism of cultural reproduction. The development experience of the Erhai osprey
    domesticated fishing enlightens us: for a nation, the internal driving force of its traditional sports culture reproduction is the cultural
    awakening of the group that holds the culture; its external driving force is the strengthening of inheritors′ participation in institutional
    construction. The driving forces of these two aspects are unified and work together to promote the transformation of its ontology to the

    This paper studies the origin, development, inheritance and development of hand lion-lamp dance in Dushan town, Lai′an
    county of Chuzhou city by means of literature review and field investigation. The purpose is to give some enlightenment to the
    inheritance and development of folk sports by studying the inheritance and development of the dance. The study reveals the origin
    and project characteristics of hand lion-lamp dance. On this basis, the normalization of the social activities through the dance has
    won the attention and approval of the general public, so as to expand the mass base. Through the leadership of local government, the

    Erzi Dance is performed during the wedding ceremony of Bai people in Dali mountain areas. It is a living fossil of Nuo
    Dance, which combines sacrifice, education, singing, dancing, and sports. It is an artistic, sporting and cultural accumulation formed

    In order to understand the current situation of the physical health development of 13-18 year-old middle school students
    of Jingpo ethnic group, literature analysis and mathematical statistics were used to compare and analyze the physical fitness indexes of
    the 13-18 year-old students of the Jingpo and Han ethnic groups in Yunnan Province. Studies have shown that the body shape
    development level of Jingpo boys is basically the same as that of local Han boys, and the overall level of girls is lower than that of local
    Han girls; the average level of development of Jingpo boys and girls is lower than that of rural, urban Han boys and girls. The physical
    function of Jingpo students is the same as that of local Han students, but overall, it is better than that of rural and urban students across
    the country. The physical qualities of the Jingpo boys are generally better than or equal to those of the local Han boys, and the girls are
    generally the same as those of the local Han girls; the physical qualities of the Jingpo students are generally better than the national
    rural and urban Han students. According to the problems in the physical development of Jingpo middle school students, intervention
    measures should be targeted to promote the physical development of Jingpo students.
